Historical architecture with rich colonial characteristics

Originally, the seminary consisted of two symmetrical semi-detached houses in the modern eclectic style (a style that blends elements from previous architectural styles, selecting forms that best meet the demands of the era). However, it also incorporates various colonial-inspired neoclassical elements. The seminary has retained its original appearance and was designated as a Grade II historic building in 2009.
