Konopiště Castle in Czech - a 13th century wonder

Konopiště Castle is located in Benešov. 📍 🚇 From Prague Main Station to Benešov-Konopiště Station it took me about 1.5 hours (including one train-change at Benesov u Prahy).💡This route is the best if you have to walk to Konopiště Castle from the station which is only 15 minutes away (but a friend picked me up by car). 🚩 🏖️ 📷The castle is stunning 😍 and as we approached it we were welcomed by a few colorfully gorgeous peacocks. And we did a tour of the castle which houses weapons from medieval period. We also had the chance to see the hibernating bears. 💡The walk through the garden and along the lake was super relaxing, and so satisfying with a breath of fresh air from the surrounding woods. #czech #historicallandmarks #castle #medieval
