During Okinawa's peak travel season, it's highly recommended to book in advance as walk-in chances are slim! 📝 Okinawa's famous Wagyu is Ishigaki beef, but the beef at Yakiniku Motobu comes from their own ranch! It's called "Motobu beef." While it may not be as well-known yet, the taste this time was just as good as the renowned Wagyu brands! Motobu beef also has the signature melt-in-your-mouth texture that Wagyu is known for. 👏🏻 If time allows, treat yourself to some Wagyu BBQ during your trip to Okinawa. 😊
