Spicy Sujebi came out first! The red broth with thinly sliced ​​peppers makes it spicy just by looking at it. My mouth is watering even as I write this post. The broth looks incredibly red, but it's not as spicy as Jjamppong, and it's just spicy enough for anyone to enjoy. The chewy texture was superb, perhaps because it was handmade. It brought back memories of my mom kneading flour dough by hand and tearing it open to make Sujebi. Kalguksu also came out. The kalguksu noodles were chewy and the broth was rich and savory, perfect for a rainy day. Both the sujebi and kalguksu were delicious, so you can choose according to your taste. I'm going to try the spicy kalguksu next time. Hahaha The pork cutlet was just like the snack bar style I remember from! The combination of canned corn, cabbage salad, and fruit cocktail was nice and cozy.
