Compared to Jiming Temple, I prefer this simple and less-crowded cherry blossom road in Nanjing.

It's cherry blossom season again! Compared to the hustle and bustle of Jiming Temple, Pearl River is as quiet and beautiful as a young girl. The banks of Pearl River at Sipailou are lined with early-blooming cherry trees. Every spring, the scenery here is picturesque. Taking photos on the bridge is truly stunning. Last week when I visited, the trees were covered in elegant buds. This week, they have quietly bloomed. The blooming period for early cherry blossoms is about 1–2 weeks. Rainy days may hasten their decline.
