Ruean Khun Phiren, a secret restaurant in Nonthaburi

We came across this shop by accident. We drove into Soi Ratchadaphisek 22 and saw a Thai house with a sign saying that they have Khao Man Kai, Sukhothai Tom Yum Noodles, and Yen Ta Fo. It just so happened that it was lunch time, so we parked the car and stopped to eat here. This place is called Ruean Khun Phiren. It is a beautiful Thai-style house. The dining table is set up under the house and on the lawn. This place is beautiful, has a good atmosphere, and is very shady. The shop is open-air but not hot. There is a cool breeze blowing. We ordered Khao Man Kai and Sen Lek Tom Yum Sukhothai soup. Sen Lek Tom Yum Sukhothai dry is very delicious. The Khao Man Kai is delicious. The chicken is very tender. The sauce is also rich. Sen Lek Tom Yum Sukhothai is also delicious, both dry and soup. The Tom Yum flavor is already delicious. There is no need to add any more seasoning. The ingredients include pork meatballs, minced pork, Hong Kong roast pork, and, strangely enough, stewed pork skin. Plus the price is super good. These 3 dishes, 1 bag of fish skin, total price is only 175 baht. It's super worth it. You get to eat delicious food in such a nice atmosphere. I recommend Ruen Khun Phiren.
