Noodle shop, a new shop in the Sanambinnam area

Today we drove past Sanambinnam and saw a newly opened noodle shop, so we decided to stop by and give it a try. The shop is simply decorated with bare concrete, black, and wood tones from the tables and chairs, making it look easy on the eyes. The shop is spacious, airy, and comfortable. The menu includes red pork noodles, crispy pork noodles, dumplings, and red pork and crispy pork rice. We ordered the special red pork noodles + dumplings and the special red pork noodles + crispy pork + dumplings. We ordered the special because we wanted to know if they would give us a lot, as the name suggests. When they brought the bowl, wow, that was a lot. We asked the shop and they said that they used 6 pieces of noodles per bowl. It was so satisfying, just like the shop’s name, lol. As for the taste, it was very delicious. I really like their noodles. They are thin and thin like homemade egg noodles. The red pork is also delicious. The crispy pork is also very good. The skin is crispy, the meat is soft. The dumplings are also good. The dough is not thick and it smells of sesame oil. They also have a thick red pork sauce for you to pour on yourself. Overall, I really like it.
