Wat Sri Komkham, Phayao

#Wat Sri Kom Kham or Wat Phra Chao Ton Luang is a third-class royal temple of the Mahanikaya sect. Inside the chapel is the principal Buddha image, Phra Chao Ton Luang. It was built during the reign of Phraya Yot Chiang Rai, the 10th king of the Mangrai Dynasty. It is located in Phayao Province, on the banks of Kwan Phayao. It is an ancient temple over 500 years old. It is still a temple with monks staying there, performing religious activities, and is an important tourist and cultural attraction of the province. #Phayao
