Hey everyone🥰, I'm back! As a travel enthusiast, every new place I visit feels like opening a door to a new world🎊. My recent trip to Quanzhou simply blew me away. It's so beautiful, it's divine! I have to share my travel tips with you🧐. 🎈Arriving in Quanzhou As soon as I got off the vehicle, I was enveloped by Quanzhou's unique atmosphere. The streets are lined with buildings in the Minnan style🏮, with red brick walls and swallowtail ridges, as if whispering ancient stories of the city. The roadside greenery is lush🌳, dappled with the spring sunlight, creating a picturesque scene. 🏨Accommodation Choices I recommend staying near the city center for convenient travel🚗. My hotel was surrounded by numerous snack stalls and convenience stores, perfect for late-night cravings. It was also centrally located to various attractions, easily accessible by taxi or bus. 🍱Food Journey Quanzhou's cuisine is incredibly diverse😋, every bite a taste of happiness. 🥟Meat Zongzi: A Quanzhou signature dish. Unwrap the zong leaves to reveal a steaming, fragrant zongzi. The glutinous rice is soft and sticky, filled with chunks of pork belly, mushrooms, shrimp, and more. One bite and the flavors explode in your mouth. Dip it in the special sweet and spicy sauce, and wow, it's simply amazing👍. 🍜Noodle Paste: Start your day with a warm bowl of noodle paste. Thin noodles swim in a savory broth, topped with chopped green onions and crispy fried dough bits. One sip and you'll feel instantly warmed up. I could easily have two bowls😜. 🍢Vinegar-Marinated Pork: Crispy and golden on the outside, with a satisfying crunch when you bite into it. The pork inside is tender and juicy, with a hint of vinegar, not greasy at all. I couldn't stop snacking on it as I walked, almost eating my fingers too🤣. 🍧Four Fruit Soup: This sweet and refreshing soup is the perfect palate cleanser. A generous bowl filled with various fruits, taro balls, agar-agar jelly, and other ingredients, drizzled with honey water. One spoonful and you'll feel refreshed to the core. 🌈Tourist Attractions 📍West Street: The liveliest old street in Quanzhou, full of local life. Shops line both sides of the street, selling various souvenirs🎁and traditional handicrafts. Here, you can experience the vibrant atmosphere of Quanzhou. Strolling through the crowds, it feels like time slows down. 📍Xunpu Village: A must-visit! The Xunpu women here are so unique. They wear beautiful floral headdresses🌸, with colorful flowers arranged like beautiful wreaths. I rented a Xunpu outfit and instantly transformed into a fishing village fairy🧚‍♀️. The photos turned out amazing, every shot a masterpiece. 📍Qingyuan Mountain: Though the climb can be tiring, the panoramic view of Quanzhou from the summit makes it all worthwhile. In spring, Qingyuan Mountain is covered in lush greenery, and the air is so fresh it feels like it cleanses your lungs. There are also many interesting stone carvings on the mountain, adding to the enjoyment of the scenery. 🚗Transportation Guide Quanzhou has convenient transportation. City buses can reach most attractions🚌, allowing you to enjoy the scenery along the way. Taxis are also a cost-effective option for group travel, without the worry of getting lost. For a more independent exploration, renting an e-bike is a great choice🛵. Feel the breeze as you navigate the streets and alleys, pure bliss. 💡Tips 1. Check the weather forecast in advance. Quanzhou can experience sudden rain, so remember to bring an umbrella🌂. 2. While there's an abundance of food, many snack stalls open early. Go early if you want to try them, or you might miss out😅. 3. When renting floral headdresses and outfits in Xunpu Village, try bargaining with the owner for a better price🤭. Quanzhou is truly a fantastic place to visit, with both delicious food and stunning scenery that will make you want to stay forever.
