Xunpu Village, made famous by Zhao Liying's hair ornaments in the Wulin Village cultural tourism promotional video, is the birthplace of the "Zan Hua Wei" headdress. Originating in the Song and Yuan dynasties, "Zan Hua Wei" blends marine and Central Plains cultures. It's not just an accessory but embodies the Xunpu fisherwomen's love for life and pursuit of beauty. This fishing village is small, with little to offer besides flower-adorned photo opportunities and oyster-shell houses. Unlike the bustling Xunpu Village, Wulin Village, the star of the promotional video, is quiet and comfortable, perfect for leisurely sightseeing and photography. Founded during the Hongwu period of the Ming Dynasty, Wulin Village developed during the Qing Dynasty and flourished in the late Qing Dynasty and early Republic of China. Starting in the 1920s, overseas Chinese returning home built numerous Minnan red-brick houses, Gothic and Romanesque villas, and "Fan Zai Lou" buildings, forming a unique overseas Chinese culture.
