After two days of no signal, I finally found some next to the toilet!

It was sunny in the morning, but by noon, it was foggy and raining heavily. On the third day of hiking Kilimanjaro, we covered 11 km and climbed over 400 m, from Shira Camp 1 at 3,480 m to Shira Camp 2 at 3,900 m. The road was relatively flat, so it took us about 4 hours to complete. The weather was good in the morning, so we were accompanied by the snow-capped Kilimanjaro all the way, getting closer and closer. Looking at the white peaks, I wondered if I could make it to the top. I heard there was a signal at the camp today, so everyone rushed to the camp. A weak 2G signal floated by, but everyone was still full of hope, as we had been without a signal for three days. In search of a 4G signal, my friends and I searched the entire camp in the rain, and finally found a 4G signal near the camp toilet. Although it was intermittent, it was better than no signal at all. It was a strange feeling to smell the worst smell while sending the happiest message. At this moment, I realized that the peace of disconnection is always short-lived, and the connection is always full of worldly distractions.
