Tham Pha Daen Temple, a must-see destination at least once in your life!

Wat Tham Pha Daen is located not far from Sakon Nakhon city, about 60 kilometers from the city. To reach the temple, you must park your car at the parking lot provided by the temple, then take a local songthaew for 20 baht per person round trip, which is quite steep uphill. When you reach the top, you will find a temple built in a cave and a high mountain with a view of the distant scenery. The highlight is the seven-headed Naga statue on top and a replica pagoda from Burma that can be seen from afar. The surrounding scenery is peaceful and shady. There is a lot of Buddhist architecture to visit and experience. If you have never been to Sakon Nakhon Province, I recommend coming to this temple at least once in your life.
