Whale Island, Satun Province

The reason it is called Whale Island is because if you look from Talowao Beach, you will see the island in the shape of a whale. Whale Island is another island with a white beach, fine sand, where you can walk and snorkel right in front of the beach. But on the day I went, there were a lot of sea wasps, so I couldn't snorkel on this island. The other side of the island is a mangrove forest, giving it a different atmosphere. And with the nature of this island that is still rich and not often disturbed, we got to see hermit crabs walking around, which were very cute. Plus, if you come at the right time, you might see a school of dolphins. When we arrived, the boatman asked if we saw dolphins playing in the water. We didn't turn to look in time, which was a bit of a shame.
