Wat Sawankaram (Central Temple)

Inside the temple, there is a Western-style kuti (Sawan Woranayok Building), a European-style architectural building that is over 100 years old, built during the reign of King Rama VI. In addition, Wat Sawankaram has a bronze Buddha statue that is highly revered by the general public. It is called “Luang Pho Bunlue”, 33 inches wide in the Mara-Vijaya posture, Sukhothai period, over 700 years old. There is also Ruean Luang Prathet Chumphon, a wooden house about 140 years old, with a structure without nuts and nails, for you to visit.
