I visited Tan-ya Zenjiro Sendai Station Main Branch. It's a well-known restaurant, and I had a great beef tongue experience! It was my first time eating beef tongue, so I wanted to eat something absolutely delicious, and I chose the middle tongue. The tongue was well-prepared and delicious to chew, and the appetizers, barley rice, and grated yam that came with the sake were all excellent.
