High-value buffet

It's been a long time since I last had a buffet 🤩🤩 Recently, I've seen many people recommending @thepalatebuffethk's buffet, and it looks so tempting! As soon as I got my paycheck, I immediately made plans with friends to try it out. - 🍽 Dinner Buffet ✨ - There’s a wide variety of food options, including Japanese Wagyu dishes, chilled seafood, sashimi, hot dishes, salads, and desserts! For seafood, they offer freshly shucked live oysters, lobsters, king crab legs, mussels, prawns, and clams. The oysters are plump and meaty 🦪, freshly shucked and ready to eat—super fresh 😋😋. My friend particularly loved the king crab legs 🦀, which were tender and juicy! We refilled our plates multiple times 👍🏻👍🏻. - Currently, the buffet features premium Japanese Wagyu beef—"Saga Beef 🇯🇵"—as its theme, offering dishes like slow-roasted Saga Wagyu with salted koji and Saga Wagyu teppanyaki. My favorite is the "Saga Wagyu Teppanyaki"! The Wagyu is grilled to perfection, crispy on the outside and tender inside, with garlic slices and fragrant scallions wrapped in the middle—absolutely delicious 🤤🤤. Additionally, there are various hot dishes, such as pan-seared cheese Wagyu burgers, Hokkaido Shirakaba pork sukiyaki, freshly seared foie gras toast, sake-braised clams, foie gras Wagyu fried rice, Italian meatballs, and more ❤️❤️. - The dessert selection is also extensive, featuring molten chocolate cake, Movenpick ice cream, banana toffee pie, strawberry cake, blueberry cheesecake tart, tofu pudding, coconut jelly, osmanthus jelly, and more! The "molten chocolate cake 🍫" is crispy on the outside and soft inside, with a rich chocolate lava center when cut open! The restaurant even offers plate-painting services. Overall, the food quality is excellent.
