The project involves the renovation and updating of four small buildings, including two heritage-protected structures, as well as an old western-style garden of about 2000 square meters. It integrates boutique commerce, leisure formats, natural garden scenery with the Hengfu area's streetscape, adding a unique commercial experience space to Shanghai. The three main buildings will serve as the flagship stores for Zhihe women's wear, Zhihe men's wear, and Carven Kaifen (with a Western restaurant upstairs), while the original gatehouse at the entrance will be transformed into a cafe and bar that extends into the garden within the project. I took a sneak peek for everyone two days in advance, and every detail, display, and design is incredibly beautiful.
