Maxwell Reserve - 1-night Eats & Stay

#staycation I was excited but nervous for this stay - yays to spanking new hotel but boo to teething issues. 🙈 And boy did those teeth show. Water rationing, leaking bathtub, 45min wait for food, 30mins for coffee, seemingly haphazard service. 🤦🏻‍♀️ But after giving feedback, I realized that it was a team really wanting to give their best but sadly hindered by systems and processes. 🐌 The key to a successful soft opening is being receptive to feedback - and this team was absolutely stellar in this aspect. ❤️ And man, that elite benefit of having access to Cultivate’s plethora of offerings all day is crazy good. Exquisite plant-based bites and drinks all day? Yes please! 😙 I was glad my stay got turned around in the best way possible, and I’d be more than happy for a return stay if they maintain the elite benefit. 🐷 Many thanks to Hugo, Navin, Annabelle, and Chef Elsa for taking care of me and feeding me non stop. 🎉
