Wat Si Chum in Sukhothai

Wat Si Chum is an ancient religious site located outside the northern city walls of the Sukhothai Historical Park, in Mueang Kao Subdistrict, Mueang Sukhothai District, Sukhothai Province. This temple houses a large Buddha statue in the 'Subduing Mara' posture, known as 'Phra Achana.' The statue is situated within a mandapa, whose roof has completely collapsed, leaving only the surrounding walls intact.
