Wat Kae, Suphan Buri An ancient temple from the Ayutthaya period that is mentioned in the story of Khun Chang - Khun Phaen. There is also evidence of ancient objects such as Buddha statues in the old temple. The Department of Religious Affairs stated that it was built in 2034. In the epic poem Khun Chang Khun Phaen, Wat Kae is mentioned in several episodes. Wat Kae is where Khun Phaen came to learn the art of transforming tamarind leaves into wasps and hornets with Luang Pho Kong, the abbot. Inside the temple, there is a statue of Luang Pho Kong sitting on a giant wasp.
