The Din Tai Fung dishes we had this time were taro buns and red oil wontons. The red oil wontons were filled with shrimps and tasted very sweet and fresh. The red oil was not very spicy and had a numbing taste. It was very fragrant and delicious. Because we were having dinner this time, there were a lot of meats to choose from, including rib-eye steak, pork ribs, fillet steak, grilled lamb chops, grilled prawns, and sizzling pork.
