Upon entering, you’ll find the bar counter on the left, while the dining area is decorated with numerous Japanese-style posters 🪭, giving off a relaxed and chill atmosphere. The staff brought out a box filled with surprises to introduce their cocktails. If you’re indecisive, you can even roll the dice 🎲 to make your choice, adding a fun twist. We ended up ordering two cocktails: the Maple Hunter, themed around autumn maple leaves, featuring maple syrup and fresh fruits for a refreshing taste; and another called Aoi, made with wasabi and cucumber, offering a unique flavor and stunning presentation 🍹. ⭕️ Appetizer Trio Includes wasabi octopus, seared Hokkaido scallops, and seared salmon. The octopus is tangy and appetizing, the scallops are tender and juicy, and the salmon is of premium quality, with perfect searing that enhances its rich, flavorful oiliness 🍥. ⭕️ Skewers Quartet Features soft-boiled egg wrapped in pork, shiso chicken thigh, mentaiko yam, and enoki beef rolls. The soft-boiled egg stands out with its creamy yolk and fragrant pork pairing, while the mentaiko adds a savory touch to the sticky yam, making it irresistibly delicious 🍢. ⭕️ Specialty Dishes Includes fried tofu and sweet-and-spicy fried chicken. The tofu is crispy on the outside and tender inside, while the fried chicken boasts an authentic Korean flavor, surprisingly delightful 🍗. ⭕️ Sushi Rolls Two fillings are available: sukiyaki beef and avocado cream cheese. The combination of one vegetarian and one meaty option is satisfying, with the beef being generously portioned and the avocado fresh and creamy, leaving you wanting more 🍣. ⭕️ Main Dish Sukiyaki beef udon 🍜 features a sweet yet balanced sauce that perfectly coats the chewy udon noodles. The beef is thick, tender, and rich in flavor. ⭕️ Dessert We added a special custard taiyaki 🐟, which comes with toppings like mixed berries, red bean paste, and matcha ice cream. The taiyaki itself is crispy and delicious, making for a perfect ending to the meal.
