Stay in this ancient and bookish hotel in Taizhou

The hotel is located in Hailing District, Taizhou. It is easy to find, there are many restaurants around and it is quite lively. My two main feelings after checking in were: first, the hotel has good greenery and a strong scent of books; second, the service is sincere and enthusiastic, and the details are thoughtful. Let me briefly talk about the first point. As soon as you enter the door, you can see books and musical instruments on display. Behind the front desk is Wang Xizhi's "Lanting Preface", and there are also many books in the room. When I got up in the morning and had breakfast, I found out that the breakfast room was actually a place for Fan Deng’s reading club. The name Shuxiang Hotel is well-deserved. Now let's talk about the second service. After checking in last night, I handed my mainland China ID card back and found it was covered with a transparent bag. The service lady not only delivered the luggage to the elevator entrance, but also took it directly to the room upstairs. She also took the initiative to show us around and told us that if we were hungry after 8 o'clock in the evening, they could provide free noodles. When you enter the room, you will find that the room furnishings, including the tissue box, are antique. There are welcome words, a car, and paper cranes on the bed. Hot water is supplied by a direct drinking water machine, there are 6 bottles of purified water, free yogurt drinks in the refrigerator, as well as grapes, fresh dates, small biscuits and snacks, and even charging cables for various types of headphones. It really is very thoughtful.
