Here's a peek into some of the amazing cherry blossom spots I found in Saga, particularly in Takeo. 🍃 🌸 Suwa Shrine: After arriving at Takeo Onsen Station, it only took a 5-minute walk to get to Suwa Shrine, and let me tell you, it was hands down my favorite part of the trip! We arrived around 10 AM, and the whole shrine was peaceful—no crowds, just the soft sounds of nature and the stunning view of fully-bloomed cherry trees scattered all around. 🌸 I did a full 360-degree shot with my phone, and the entire screen was filled with pink blossoms. It felt like having the whole place to myself, soaking in the serene beauty of the blossoms with no one around. 🌸💖 🌸 Entei Temple: After enjoying the tranquility of Suwa Shrine, I walked about 10 minutes further to Entei Temple. What a breathtaking sight! The cherry blossom avenue here was like something out of a movie—towering trees arching over the path, their petals creating a soft pink canopy above. 🌸 It was a little busier here, but still mostly with locals strolling through with their children or pets. The cherry blossoms here felt so alive, almost as if the trees themselves were part of the rhythm of the everyday life of the people around them. 🐾👶 If you're looking for a cherry blossom experience that’s peaceful and free from the typical tourist crowds, I highly recommend visiting Takeo in Saga.
