The chef conveys stories, experiences, and ideas through new food appearances, but still emphasizes the deliciousness of every course. The menu is created by Chef Camp. Former chef with 7 years of experience from leading hotels in Thailand and currently the owner of 𝐬𝐮𝐠𝐚𝐫𝐛𝐥𝐮𝐞𝐬. 🧑🏻🍳 𝐬𝐮𝐠𝐚𝐫𝐛𝐥𝐮𝐞𝐬 | Sugar Blues Just sitting in the shop already won our hearts. We like the black color tone and the atmosphere in the shop very much. Plus the table arrangement, plate arrangement, and the choice of color of the container. I must say that every element is beautifully balanced, especially each course menu. Each 𝐩𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 of the chef's menu makes us think back and see the ideas that the chef wants to present. Dish 1 The chef got inspiration from the fruit cart. There is a slight salty flavor from the infused fruits, very refreshing. Dish 2 is fried oysters, made from sago flour to make crackers, served with 3 types of oysters, using oyster mousse to add aroma and creaminess. Dish 3 is a salad, the 𝐈𝐧𝐬𝐩𝐢𝐫𝐞 comes from vegetables and salad dressings that the chef will see in movies and cartoons in the 𝟐𝟎𝟎𝟎. Dish 4, the 𝐈𝐧𝐬𝐩𝐢𝐫𝐞 comes from corn mixed with butter. Made into a soup that tastes like eating corn mixed with butter. Dish 5, a drink before entering the 𝐦𝐚𝐢𝐧 𝐜𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐬𝐞, the ingredients include 𝐚𝐩𝐩𝐥𝐞 𝐡𝐨𝐧𝐞𝐲 𝐫𝐨𝐬𝐞 𝐥𝐢𝐦𝐞. Dish 6, a bucket of shrimp that was popular during the 𝟗𝟎-𝟐𝟎𝟎 era with fresh pasta. Served with soft-shell crab and 𝐂𝐡𝐢𝐜𝐤𝐞𝐧 𝐑𝐨𝐮𝐥𝐚𝐝𝐞, this dish is so delicious. Dish 7 can choose between 𝐬𝐡𝐨𝐫𝐭 𝐫𝐢𝐩 sous vide until the meat is tender and served with BBQ sauce, and another dish is smoked duck with berry sauce. Dish 8 Lemon Ice Cream, sour and refreshing.
