Check out the World Tile Museum, a rare sight!

Chita Peninsula in Aichi Prefecture is a pottery production area, and there are companies related to it. In 1991, tile researcher Masayuki Yamamoto donated about 6,000 tiles to Tokoname City, and in 1997, local company INAX was asked by Tokoname City to manage, research, and open the tiles to the public. This museum exhibits Yamamoto's collection, who donated the tiles, and decorative tiles based on the museum's own materials, making it a rare tile research museum in the world where you can see, learn, and discover. You can feel the romance of the beauty of tiles collected from all over the world and the history of tiles that dates back to before Christ.
