[Gunma] Manza Prince Hotel Accommodation Review

We stayed at the Manza Prince Hotel in the Manza Onsen area of Gunma Prefecture. In this post, we will introduce Manza Onsen, which is a must-see for hot spring lovers, with its "highest sulfur content in Japan," "spectacular open-air baths," "one of Japan's leading alpine hot springs," and "more than 27 types of spring water," as well as the Prince Hotel where we stayed. Manza Prince Hotel is a hotel in the Manza Onsen area of Agatsuma County, Gunma Prefecture. Manza Onsen is located at an altitude of 1,800m and is known as the highest hot spring in Japan that can be reached by car all year round, and is sometimes called the "hot spring closest to the stars." To Manza Prince Hotel by car We drove from Shizuoka to Manza Prince Hotel. There are two main routes to Manza Onsen from Shizuoka and the Kanto region: one is via the free road (Asama-Shirane-Shiga Sawayaka Kaido) from the Kusatsu Onsen side (east side), and the other is via the toll road called the Manza Highway from the Karuizawa side (south side). We took the route on the Kusatsu Onsen side on the way there, and the Karuizawa side on the way back. The Manza Prince Hotel building itself was old, but the rooms and front desk were well-cleaned and we had a pleasant stay. ◆Manza Prince Hotel East Wing Twin Room ◆ This time we stayed in the "East Wing Twin Room". At 19.2 m2, it is the most compact room at Manza Prince Hotel. The East Wing is close to the large public bath and seems to be popular with hot spring lovers. You can use the building in yukata and slippers. When using the shared open-air bath (mixed bathing) in the large public bath, you must wear a towel or bathing suit. There were mini bath towels in the room for men that could be soaked in the hot spring, but large bath towels for women had to be rented at the front desk. Bathing suits were sold at the shop for both men and women. ◆Buffet-style dinner and breakfast at the cafeteria "Shakunage" ◆ During this stay, we had both dinner and breakfast at the hotel restaurant. We went to the cafeteria "Shakunage." #AccommodationReview #ManzaOnsen #GunmaTrip #Gunma #GunmaPrefecture #Onsen #OnsenTrip
