Fumiao Little Camel BBQ | A salty hotpot that makes you question life.

On the first night in Xi'an, we chose Fumiao Little Camel BBQ for a late-night snack. We ordered the oil-spilled chili hotpot, various grilled skewers, Lao Chou wine, and mango pomelo sago. The grilled skewers were quite good, with perfectly balanced seasoning; the Lao Chou wine was warm, rich, and smooth; and the mango pomelo sago was also satisfying. The only surprise was the oil-spilled chili hotpot, which was overwhelmingly salty—not just the broth, but even the ingredients in the pot were excessively salty. By the end, we started wondering if the kitchen accidentally added several extra spoonfuls of salt. Overall, the experience was quite good. There was no need to wait for a table during the late-night hours, and the menu offered a wide variety of choices. It's a great option for those who love midnight snacks.
