Starting from December, all meat will be grilled for you. We ordered the Cowboy Australian Wagyu Beef Set for Two at $2598. Yuan Shao provides a pot of delicious pork bone broth. The set mainly features Australian Wagyu beef, with additional seafood and vegetable platters. It also includes salad, side dishes, main courses, six kinds of pickled barbecue, dessert, and drinks. The meat quality is average; some are good, some are just okay, with only a few leaving an impression. Having the meat grilled for you has its pros and cons. The downside is that they tend to grill quickly, making you feel pressured to eat fast. The upside is that you can chat without worrying about grilling.
