I absolutely love the beer fish at Fisherman's Restaurant in Yangshuo!

My friend and I came to Yangshuo and, following a local's recommendation, we visited Fisherman's Guilin Home Cooking, which is conveniently located near West Street. The restaurant offers affordable prices and fresh ingredients, with no tourist traps! None of the dishes we ordered disappointed. The Fisherman's Osmanthus Roasted Chicken was crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, bursting with the sweet fragrance of osmanthus flowers. The Fisherman's Fish Cakes were springy and flavorful, rich with the taste of fish. The Aromatic Mint Roasted Beef was tender and the mint added a refreshing touch. We also enjoyed some simply stir-fried seasonal vegetables, which retained their natural flavors. For drinks, we ordered freshly squeezed passion fruit juice, which was sweet, sour, and refreshing. The Beer Li River Fish is also worth trying, with its firm texture and rich beer aroma. Seeing so many locals dining there confirmed that we had chosen the right place.
