The rooms are as good as ever. The hotel's shuttle service is excellent. When you call from the airport, a shuttle will pick you up within 10 minutes. The next morning, it departs punctually for the airport, so you can totally trust the timing. Whenever I fly in or out of Daxing Airport, I always stay at the Radisson Hotel; it's my favorite among all the hotels in the airport area. They have self-service laundry and dryers, and even late-night wonton noodles. Almost every need is met when I'm away from home. I'll definitely be a loyal guest again.

The location was great, but our room had no direct light from sun, and no windows opening on outside at all, with an A/C that was not working at all. The room was hot and not air moving, a terrible feeling. On top of that, the room was located just below the roof top that was undergoing construction work, which means lot of noise from early morning. The room is very old, walls are stained, clearly not looking like the booking site pictures. The hotel needs a big refresh. Right now the entire exterior is under construction, I hope you plan to do the rooms soon. Overall, not acceptable not to be informed that there is big construction work done at the moment, and having a room with no external ventilation and AC working should not even be commercialized. A rip off for the price paid.

Super location near airport T2 for a brief overnight stay but no shop or amenity within walking distance;
Good complementary airport shuttle (operationally 24hrs) as hotel is located not accessible by walking from airport terminal despite it is near T2;
Airport pickup at either T2 or T3 is upon request by call (Internet call or VoIP via Trip.com) after collecting baggage with instruction of location to wait (our case .. level 4 gate 12); however airport dropoff is on hourly schedule (at xx:00);
Room for 3pax as booked come with a double bed in a separate room & 2x single beds in living area.

Had an early flight, so I stayed here to avoid traffic and potential delays! Turns out a lot of people had the same idea – the check-in line was constantly busy, with quite a few guests holding passports! The room itself was nothing special, perfectly standard. Flights flew directly overhead, which did create some noise. However, it was a little exciting to watch at first! Thankfully, the soundproof windows were excellent; once closed, they blocked out almost all the noise. Parking was a bit limited, and there was no underground garage, which might be due to the building's age and design standards.

We had a truly wonderful time at this hotel and wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone traveling to the area.
The hotel's location is superb, offering easy access to transportation, nearby attractions, and amenities. The environment is comfortable, spotless, and impeccably maintained. However, what truly impressed us was the outstanding staff.
Every single team member was incredibly warm, friendly, and helpful. From check-in to check-out, they consistently provided attentive and thoughtful assistance. We're especially grateful that the hotel kindly arranged a room for us to shower and rest before continuing our journey. This gesture of care was incredibly touching, especially after a long trip.
Their professionalism, genuine service, and attention to detail made us feel completely at home. It's rare to encounter such a professional yet genuinely human-centered team.
Our sincere thanks to all the hotel staff for providing us with such a fantastic experience. If we have the opportunity to visit this area again in the future, we will definitely choose to stay here, and we won't hesitate to recommend this hotel to other travelers.
I really love the Kempinski Hotel! Even though it's not a new hotel, everything about it is solid and meets my expectations. Ms. Maggie at check-in was very polite and generous, which was commendable. The bread rolls at breakfast were just like the Brötchen I had in Germany – a thin, firm, and crispy crust with a soft interior, only missing the **crumbs** on top. Our family lives in Tianjin, and we'll definitely stay at the Kempinski again when we come back to Beijing.
Staying at this hotel was a perfect experience! It's right next to Daxing Airport, and the 24-hour free airport shuttle service is incredibly convenient, taking only ten minutes. The room was spacious and clean, with excellent soundproofing – I couldn't hear any airplane noise at all. The bedding was soft and comfortable, and the bathroom had a great wet/dry separation, plus all the smart amenities you could ask for. The garden-like environment was quiet and elegant, and the front desk service was warm and attentive; you can contact them for anything you need. There's also a gym and a laundry room. This is my top choice for early morning flights, offering amazing value for money. Highly recommended!
AMAZING SERVICE!! Room cleaning is always spotless. After room cleaning, the room always has a very pleasant fresh and harmonious aroma. The hotel security seemed great with 24hr front desk, elevators that only allow you to go to the floor specific to your room key is allocated to and multiple locks on the room door. The location is right opposite an amazing fruit store with very cheap and tasty fruits and snacks. The hotel is around a 15 min walk from a really nice park too. There is a bus stop directly outside the hotel entrance, that can connect you to anywhere in Beijing. The inside of the hotel is very nicely decorated giving it a very premium feel. You will have to travel 30 to 60+ mins to get to the forbidden city, summer palace, hutongs etc. (via bus) but the bus fair is only 1 yuan with Alipay and the bus ride is really enjoyable, reliable and convenient. You can also rent a bike (blue ones are the best) as biking is best form of travel in Beijing!! The room toilet is very nice and so is the shower, feels very new and well built. The beds are super comfortable, the room is quiet, the bedding is so plush and comfy and the air conditioning is very silent. I recommend this hotel!! You also get lots of snacks and unlimited bottled water, the staff is very friendly.

An absolutely fantastic stay!
The location is simply top notch you couldn’t ask for a better base to explore Beijing. Tiananmen Square, the Forbidden City, the metro, restaurants, cafés, and local attractions are all within easy reach, making it incredibly convenient to get around.
What truly made my stay exceptional, however, was the staff. Every single member of the team was incredibly lovely, kind, and genuinely helpful. They went above and beyond whenever I needed assistance, always with a smile and a willingness to help. Their hospitality made me feel so welcome throughout my stay.
A big shout-out to the entire team for making my visit such a positive experience. Your kindness and professionalism did not go unnoticed!
If you’re looking for a hotel with an unbeatable location and outstanding customer service, I highly recommend The Yard Hotel. I would happily stay here again on my next trip to Beijing.

I was very satisfied with my stay in Beijing this time. I stayed for 9 nights and didn't want to leave! Next time I come to Beijing, I'll definitely stay here again.
The hotel's location is super convenient. It's an easy walk to Xidan subway station, which gets you to most of the core attractions. To get to Badaling Great Wall, you can take the subway directly to Xizhimen Beijing North Station and then a high-speed train, which takes only 30 minutes. Tiananmen Square and the National Museum are just two stops away. Taxis are also readily available.
The room was cleaned thoroughly every day, with no strange odors. They were very prompt with restocking room amenities. My mom really liked the slippers, saying they were good quality. The twin beds (1.35m) were spacious and comfortable. There's also a sofa and a round table, which was handy for eating takeout and temporary work. The room was bright and roomy; we could spread out several suitcases without feeling cramped. Oh, and there's a free laundry room. I didn't use the gym, but there's also a public study room on the 8th floor.
We didn't book breakfast, but there are two breakfast places around the hotel, and ordering delivery was also very convenient. Lunch and dinner were never a problem, with direct access to Joy City and various surrounding malls. There's every kind of food imaginable – famous Peking duck, hot pot, Zhajiangmian... I took my grandma and child and we had Peking duck 3 times in 8 days, haha!
Manager Shen at the front desk was incredibly enthusiastic and helpful. Any requests could be handled via WeChat at any time. Thumbs up for her excellent service! The hotel management should definitely give Manager Shen a bonus!

GGuest UserThis hotel offers great value for money. The room was spacious with a window overlooking the street, and the price was excellent. I especially appreciated the human touch of being able to redeem points for breakfast and a late check-out. The breakfast itself was good and plentiful. The location is convenient, with Changying subway station nearby, as well as shopping centers, restaurants, and a park. The only downside is that some of the facilities are a bit dated, and the lobby feels a bit plain and unexciting.

GGuest UserThe hotel's location is excellent, right near China World Mall, just a ten-minute walk away. The surrounding area has everything you need: transportation, shopping, and dining options. The staff are very professional, and the breakfast offers a wide variety of tasty options. However, the room facilities are a bit old, and there was a slight electrical buzzing noise in the room. It wasn't very loud, but it did impact my sleep.

GGuest UserThe service was warm and attentive, and the hotel was very clean. The location is excellent, right next to a pedestrian street, making dining and getting around super convenient. We even extended our stay by an extra night! Every day when we came back from exploring, our room was spotless. It's also incredibly close to major attractions like Tiananmen Square and the Forbidden City, just a two or three-stop subway ride away. I'm so glad we chose this hotel; I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit Beijing.

RRudyMadrigalI’m truly grateful for this specific service apartment—it has been absolutely ideal for my stay in Beijing. It fits my needs perfectly, and I feel safe and at ease staying here.
Due to my severe allergies, I could not stay in a standard hotel. Outside food holds too many hidden risks, filled with unknown plants and herbs that trigger my reactions. Cooking for myself is the only way I can stay healthy.
I recently tried breakfast here and accidentally ate Chinese cured bacon, mistaking it for regular bacon. It was smoked with local vegetation I’m allergic to, which immediately caused an allergic response.
This experience showed me how vital this service apartment truly is. Having a full kitchen lets me control every ingredient I eat. In an unfamiliar city where so many foods carry hidden allergens, this apartment gives me the safety and stability I desperately need.
KKaixinguofeimeiI booked this hotel for my Mexican clients who were traveling in China. They absolutely loved it and said it's a hotel they'd choose again if they came back to China. They specifically mentioned that the front desk staff were very friendly and the breakfast was delicious. They even said they'd be back!
LLipengzhixieThe hotel's location is superb, just a few minutes' walk from Sanyuanqiao subway station. The front desk staff were incredibly efficient, making the check-in process quick and seamless. The room, though not large, was clean, tidy, and well-maintained, with a smart layout. The bedding and pillows were very comfortable.

GGuest UserThe service was incredibly thoughtful, with smiles from check-in to check-out. The room was spotless, and the bedding was so comfortable I didn't want to get out of bed. The location is absolutely fantastic – right outside are subway stations and a shopping district, with three different subway lines nearby, making it super convenient for getting around. It’s perfect for shopping, dining, and entertainment; a top choice if you want to eat, play, or shop. The desk in the lobby is huge. The front desk upgraded my room to a ground-floor room with floor-to-ceiling windows. Even though it was raining, there was absolutely no dampness because the room was situated quite high up. The soundproofing in the room was also good. For food deliveries, a robot brought them directly to the room. The hotel facilities are excellent, with smart toilets and screen-casting TVs all available. The room was clean, spacious, and bright, with a well-designed wet/dry separation in the bathroom. The hot water came on incredibly fast, piping hot in three seconds, and the water pressure was great. The bath towels were soft, huge, and super absorbent. The hairdryer, though small, was powerful and dried my hair quickly. The laundry room downstairs with its washer and dryer was also fantastic; the clothes came out perfectly wrinkle-free after drying.

GGuest UserMinimalist and Healing Vibes
Stepping into the lobby, I was instantly soothed by the refreshing orange fragrance, washing away all travel fatigue. The design is minimalist yet tasteful, with warm lighting creating a cozy and upscale atmosphere. The room was clean and odor-free, with smart controls throughout. I loved being able to voice-control the lights and curtains – super lazy-friendly! The bedding was incredibly soft, like sinking into a cloud, and the soundproofing was excellent, ensuring a full night's sleep. This place truly excels in the details, making it perfect for both business trips and leisure travel!
