Walls thin and could hear snoring next door. Although cleaned up, the smell of old cigarettes lingered. Neither tv remotes nor plugs next to bed worked. I had to unplug the tv to turn it off. Location, right by the tianamen square and quick walk to temple of heaven, in a walking street and by hutongs. But keep in mind that to enter this street ID or passport is needed and even if you are close to the Forbidden City still will take about 1h30 to get there because of the traffic control to enter the sqauew and then the Forbidden City. Just keep this into account. Very convenient to use the metro. Really appreciated the hotel check in us in at 9am for the day, when check in was at 14 and keeping our back after check out. The room itself was nice, spacious and comfortable. Just couldn't figure out the heating system and it wS a bit cold. Bathroom with toiletries and free water present.

My flight was arriving Beijing at night. I was worried. I searched a lot and found this hotel. They offer free pickup. After I searching a lot I chose and booked a room. The hotel manager immediately came in contact with me. They took me a lot of care. When I arrived airport they guided me to come out of gate 8 at 3 floor. I soon I came out. He showed me my picture, took my luggage to car and arrived at hotel. It hardly took 30 seconds for check in and I was at my room. Super clean, hot water, free WiFi, free bathroom accessories, toothbrush, bath gel. Everything I needed. They offer free water, free coffee and have electric cattle. Hotel is near to the airport. Environment is good. Budget friendly but quality is superb!

It is just the best one for kids and families in Sanya and offer everything you need- from best sea views, close location to airport, clean and nice relax areas and of corse best ever kids playing areas inc carting, video games, non stop entertaiment activities, darts, snooker, table tennis and more! Cant believe they even have small zoo! Will we come back again? Deffinetely big YES! See you soon!

I was surprised by the hospitality and service level of this hotel. The personnel were extremely friendly and helpful, the hotel itself is very nice, clean, and convenient. They kindly provided a late night meal for guests who arrived late, there were free drinks and fruits in the room, and they also kindly gave the guests a small farewell gift. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

This is my favorite hotel for a stopover between flights. I have stayed there 3 times already. The previous 2 times everything was great, but this time I was a little disappointed with the cleaning in the room. This is very bad for a 5 star hotel. There were dirty drops on the floor, the mirror in the bathroom was dirty and dusty. But the service at the reception was excellent, they checked us in a little earlier, it was nice! Next time I will be at the Radisson from 12/30 to 01/01, I would like everything to be clean, I ask you to sort it out with the cleaning staff

The room is not large but perfectly well equipped with all you need. Spot on cleaning, very travellers friendly room,love the universal plug and bed side switch! Free minibar in your room and mid night snacks at the lobby. Breakfast is mostly Chinese style- carb heavy and lacking variety. Absolutely love the self serviced free laundry and drying in the lobby too! The staff is so nice and gone beyond to assist you! They’re pretty responsive and can be reached with WeChat! The only cons is the room smells like cigarettes which I find it pretty common across mainland China.

Historical hotel that runs conferences and is located just next to a working hospital, so you can expect lots of business people and hospital visitors with eye operation bandages. We didn't take breakfast packages but it was no problems at all as it was very near eateries . There's delicious breakfast outlets opposite us just across the street and the train station exit is just outside the hotel exit! Large spacious room.

The hotel is clean and the environment is really good. We can even leave our luggage for caretaking even after checkout. Highly recommended!
