Very clean hotel adjacent to a shopping mall with eateries at level 7. We booked a family room and overwhelmed with a room with good size, clean and comfortable beds. The shower, toilet and towels are very clean, the service staffs are helpful, responsive and polite. They even provide an extra bed for free on our request, this made our sleep more comfortable. Even after added an extra bed, the room is still very spacious. The lighting of the room is good and bright. The smart control panel is very cute and interesting, just chat with it by calling 小度小度。However, here are some of the negative points: The toilet/shower and wash basin are not fully covered, this cause no privacy even within family members. There is no door like other wash rooms, changing clothes need to hide inside the shower cabin. The open concept of wash basin is a big set back. It is so noisy and disturbing when someone is using the it (hand washing, brush teeth and whatever cleaning activities). The rubber hose of the hand shower is so rigid and uncomfortable to use, a wrong material. The room air con temperature cannot be adjusted. Outside temp was 8-10C at night, room temp was remained at 25 despite of setting it down much lower and the mode was at ”制冷or 送风“. Mid night felt so warm that forced to open the window to cool down the room, and it became very cold after that, imagine waking up few times to adjust the window and air con setting !!

We stayed at this hotel for 5 nights and overall had a great experience. The room itself leans toward the darker side (I did edit some photos to brighten them up a bit), and the bathroom sink counter is a little low, which made it slightly less practical. There's a bathtub, though it would have been nice to have bath salts or foam provided to enhance the experience.
Our room had a small courtyard area with two chairs and a table. While it sounded great in theory, we didn’t end up using it—it felt a bit stuffy, and the frosted glass ceiling didn’t let in much light or provide a view, so it didn’t add much to the ambiance.
That said, the interior decor was a lovely blend of modern style and traditional Chinese elements, which gave the place a unique charm. The shower was excellent—strong water pressure and consistent temperature.
The hotel layout is a little unusual, with the check-in desk located on the 8th floor and our room on the 7th, but this didn’t cause any issues. One really thoughtful touch: each day next to water bottles we also received four new soda cans in the room.
Service was a highlight. The cleaning lady was extremely friendly and attentive, and the breakfast staff were also very kind and welcoming. Breakfast, served on the first floor, offered a wide variety of food options, which we appreciated.
A definite highlight was the rooftop bar. It offers an amazing view of the Forbidden City, and there’s even a sign that tells you the best time to catch the sunset—such a nice touch.
All in all, we really enjoyed our stay.

The room was beautiful and have everything we needed, the interior design was very soothing and nice as well! The location was perfect as it is located in wangfujin and near the train station, with lots of shop nearby. The staffs service was wonderful, and helped us a lot in terms of checking in earlier as we arrived early, and also helped us checked out later as I had twisted my ankle and it was hard for me to walk well. They also helped us with using ******* to order things, which they were very nice as it is quite troublesome for them. I booked another stay as this stay was truly wonderful in terms of service and stay. Thank you to all the great staffs for making it a great stay!

Coffizz Hotel is a clean little hotel next to n88 mall which is just next to Jinyu Hutong Line 8 station. It is the same street with some many other hotels. For me it is near a halal restaurant Da Zhou Beef which makes it convenient to eat. Best of all is it offers free laundry including dryer. Best value for money! Sorry I dont have the hotel pics but it is exactly per pictured

A great place to stay overall. Check-in was fuss-free. Rooms were clean and comfortable. The bed was large and there were 2 pillows of varying hardness. The toilet and shower area was separate and toilet even had a bathtub. Water pressure was good and the hot water came on easily. Amenity kit including toothbrush, toothpaste and shaver was provided at check in. Staff generally made good effort to improve the stay - providing water bottles and a radiator in the room on request. There was some communication difficulty when it came to having parcels left at the concierge though that was eventually sorted out. The hotel had a well equipped gym, a good length heated swimming pool, a hot tub and a sauna, with the facilities available for use till 11pm. Location is convenient, with the nearest metro station less than 10 minutes away.

What a wonderful stay! The breakfast was next level, with so much variety of Chinese and continental options to choose from. Different Beijing specialties are offered each day so you can try all the local street foods here at breakfast! Staff is very helpful and attentive, eager to ensure guests are well taken care of. I would not hesitate to return again.

This was my first time staying at the Hyatt Beijing, as I usually stay at the Mandarin Oriental. Overall, it was a positive experience. While the service isn’t as refined as the Mandarin, you get what you pay for, right? That said, the reception staff and concierge were extremely helpful.
I would stay at this hotel again for its convenience—it's close to major attractions like Tiananmen Square, the Forbidden City, and within a reasonable journey to the Great Wall of China. The hotel also offers great amenities, including a shopping mall below, an impressive pool oasis that’s perfect for children, and a well-equipped gym. To top it off, the hotel restaurant serves an excellent Beijing duck.
We stayed at this hotel during a 15-hour layover in Beijing and overall had a good experience—we were able to rest well before our next flight. However, some aspects left mixed impressions.
**Pros:**
✔ Comfortable rooms – clean, quiet, with cozy beds, allowing us to get proper sleep.
✔ Excellent breakfast – a wide variety of fresh and tasty dishes.
**Cons:**
❌ Evening snack was included in the rate, but by 10:35 PM (with service until midnight), all the chafing dishes were empty, and the staff did not refill them. As a result, the only option left was broth with noodles—no rice or other choices.
❌ Airport shuttle made us wait 40 minutes, and no one answered our calls to the hotel, which added unnecessary stress after a long flight.
The hotel is suitable for a short stopover, but the service could be more attentive, especially regarding food and shuttle arrangements. Hopefully, the management will take these points into account.

Excellent stay. Very modern, comfy and clean room. Free fruit/drinks. Close to the Airport. Hotel staffs are very ourteous and accomodating. Breakfast buffet is good. I like the food delivery robot outside the room. Free pick up and drop off to the 🛫 Also with freebies:travel kit after I checked out And I love how they explained and waved goodbye to us when the shuttle van left going to Capital Airport. I wish I stayed a little longer. Overal, it was really good stay. Exceeds my expectation.

GGuest UserWe stayed in the executive room. It was great experience from the start. The service was excellent, from the moment we arrived at the hotel we were greeted by the doorman who helped us with our luggage. The staff were also extremely helpful with our enquiries despite the language barrier. When we asked one of them for directions to a mall, there was some difficulties communicating and 3-4 others came to assist us in our enquiry. The hotel room was really well furnished and clean. Highly recommended. One of the best hotels we have ever stayed.

DDr. Julio BernalWe love this hotel for the location and the size of the room. The place is very luxurious but one thing that can be improved is the temperature for the rooms. They over used the heater and we had to ask to lower it. It still felt too warm. We asked them to open the room window but still it was too hot. The breakfast was very good with some room for improvement. The buffet looked cramped in an area of the restaurant. The location of some of the items wasn’t the most strategically. For instance, to grab some fruit you have to be practically on top of other items of the salad bar. People could literally breath on top of the food. Overall this hotel is great but it needs a major upgrade in the rooms and the wet area of the gym/pool. The showers there need some work. The steam room wasn’t working. Only the dry sauna worked. It need better cleaning as well
CCHIT NYI KYAW WINMy first time at Beijing and our whole trip was very smooth. Among the trip plan, the most satisfying thing is staying at this hotel.
First of all, It is at the perfect location ( just go out the hotel and it is a famous pedestrian street where several Micheline restaurants are located and if you go north, there are numerous attractions places. Zhushikou Metro exit A is just 2 minutes walk.)
The employees at front desk are pretty and very helpful.
The rooms are very clean and smell nice.
Even the aisle between the rooms are very beautifully decorated.
And the last, the price is the best. I bet you can't find a hotel like this anywhere in Beijing with such affordable price for a few days trip.
I would definitely stay here again if I ever happen to come Beijing in the future.

LLily in wonderlandMy family and I had a lovely Spring break stay at the Club Med Yanqing! It was a perfect location to get out of the city for a bit and enjoy Mountain views. There were lots of daily activities suitable for all ages. My five year old went rock climbing, trapeze, archery, played indoor basketball and football plus swimming oh and arts and crafts! My 6 month old enjoyed the swimming pools as the water was perfect temperature for babies. Also, there are hot springs for adults! At night there were daily events and got not only the kids but the adults dancing with the active MCs and cool music. Any requests I had were taken care of, service members were hospitable and not to forget to mention their happy hour from 3ish-5ish was a lovely surprise as well! The happy hour consisted of pastries, fresh fruit and soft drinks. Food was also yummy. Overall, yes, I will be coming back with my family here again. Thank you Club Med Yanqing for your hospitality.

AAvril JyeThe only bad thing about this hotel is the staff. Me and my boyfriend checked in and we have registered on the counter. Then we went out for dinner. When we came back, there is a guard sitting beside the lift, keep asking us to scan QR code, without explaining what is the purpose, he even raise his voice and he is annoyed. We said we just checked in 3 hours ago and we went out for dinner, he didn’t care at all. Ascott is a 4 star hotel but with this kind of service, very disappointing.
BBees506Stayed here to catch a morning flight out from Beijing Daxing International Airport. This hotel offers a free shuttle to and from the airport, operating over 24 hours, with a frequency of every 30 minutes one trip. From the airport: 15 & 45 of each hour, outside gate 15 (bus parking bay) of 1F and from the hotel: 00 & 30 of each hour. The hotel is clean and comfortable.
GGuest UserThe hotel has warm service, clean and tidy, and a superior location, which makes it very convenient to go to the Old Summer Palace and the Summer Palace. The hotel staff is warm and helpful, and the room price is very affordable, with high cost performance!
You can also write the word ”Fu” when you check in on the first day of the Chinese New Year, and paste it on the door yourself, which makes you feel the New Year's atmosphere when you are away from home

GGuest UserThis was a wonderfully unique experience for us living in a (fully renovated) stone house in an ancient village at the foot of the Great Wall. March is a great time to visit if you prefer peace and quiet and few tourists. The inn is quaint and pleasant. The room is small and cozy, and the ambience, including the large bay window overlooking the street and the large wooden beams on the ceiling, makes you feel like you really are living in another era. The inn is located inside the Watertown, so you will need to walk a bit from the entrance of the Watertown. It is centrally located in the Watertown, so you are right in the middle of all the fun and activity. We really appreciated the free luggage service - you drop off your luggage at the entrance when you purchase tickets and enter the Watertown, and they bring your luggage to your inn. Once you’re done enjoying the Watertown and Great Wall, your luggage is waiting for you at the inn. Breakfast at the inn was absolutely delicious - highly recommend trying the wonton soup and the fresh soy milk!

AAnonymous UserComfortable and spacious for a solo traveller. Comes with very attentive staff who answered my requests patiently. Also the breakfast was delicious, special thanks to the chef :) Just that it is actually quite far from train stations (15min walk). Bus to go to city is next to hotel but the bus coming back is on the opposite side of main road. Overhead bridge is further down, making it tiring to go back. Overall happy stay.
