Even though it was an internal room with no windows, my child absolutely loved using the projector to watch cartoons – the projection quality was excellent. The front desk area has a nice design, and there was a festive Chinese New Year atmosphere. The hotel's location is convenient, and the facilities are well-equipped. Housekeeping was quick and thorough. We'd definitely come back if we have the chance.

5/5 stars. I recently stayed at YOLO Skyline Riverview Designer in Chongqing and was impressed with the service. The hotel team were quick to respond on WeChat, providing clear directions to share with my Didi driver. Although the reception area was under renovation, I was greeted warmly and checked in efficiently. The room was beautifully appointed with a stunning view of Chongqing from the 41st floor. The reception staff Wu/Zhang/Wang also kept in touch throughout my stay, assisting with any requests, including adjustments to the air conditioning, whether we needed the room cleaned or any amenities. Overall, a pleasant and comfortable stay.

I think this is the best hotel I have been too. The best customer service ever received. They really went extra mile for us. We arrived very late at night and our lovely girl was there to help us and offered us a place to rest a bit at the lobby and some snacks which were really appreciated. The entire staff was so good in particular Orange, Luobo and Tutu, they were amazing, I am amazed by how caring and supportive they are. I hope the management rewards them because they are super! Best customer service ever and we travel a lot and we see a lot of nice hotels. The room is huge and the service as I said is amazing. The bath (or maybe swimming pool 🤣) in the room is a plus and I also the rainy spa was so cool. Breakfast is soo good and so big! I love that, I also had our lovely Orange help us with take out food. Thank you so much!

Perfect location, right in the heart of Chongqing's downtown, at walkable distance of all main attractions. The hotel lobby is on the 31st floor, but our room was then located on the 33rd floor. Be aware that not all elevators take you to all floors and that it can be time consuming to go up and down. While we had booked a room with views, the views were practically from the bathroom's window. The size of the room was fine with a quite big and well equipped bathroom. The bed was very hard for our liking. The staff was friendly and kept our luggage for us upon check out until night time!

The hotel is great! The room was clean and tidy, and the daytime view was beautiful. The night view was also stunning. The room was very clean. The hotel is very close to the subway, making it super convenient to get around. The front desk is staffed 24/7, and there's also a laundry room. Plus, they held onto our luggage for us after check-out!

This apartment is spacious with plenty of space and living equipment such as kitchenette. The doorman/ concierge at hotel entrance are super helpful and great. They aren’t afraid to be approached by guests for help. But this apartment needs some sprucing up. The tiles around bathtub has stains which they feel is ok to leave as is for guests to see and bathroom clearly needs a major wash for there is a bad urine smell. Front desk staff needs some customer service training. Eg The young man who check us out on 6 Jan around 11am. He just took card and that’s it, no niceties nothing. So much for Ascott Cares. Before you talk about caring for environment and diversity, take a GOOD look at the quality of service by staff and your rooms. Just go check the apartment on level 29 .

Excellent location and the hotel staffs are friendly! 😀👍🏻 .. The hotel is located right in the center of shopping malls and tourists attractions. The nearest subway station (较场口) is about 5mins walk (from hotel main building door, turn left, cross a traffic light, walk straight and cross another traffic light. see the escalators (and a big duck mascot). The subway station is just below. 😀 ... Hotel do provide free washing and drying of your clothes (pls do inform the front desk staff). The room is very clean! No foul smell in toilet. The view from the room's window is excellent!! (pls refer to photos). Overall experience is top notch!! Staying at Indition in Chongqing absolutely maximized my travel happiness! The high-rise, city-center location truly won me over – it lives up to its reputation as a new must-visit网红 (internet-famous) spot. The location is unbelievably good ✨! I could walk to Hongyadong and Chaotianmen, and Raffles City was super convenient too. After exploring, I could just head straight back to the hotel to rest, without wasting any time commuting. It made experiencing Chongqing's 8D magic and local charm effortless. Opening the door, I was instantly speechless with amazement! The room was huge and incredibly comfortable, with a top-notch design. The main highlight was definitely the massive floor-to-ceiling window 🪟. In the morning, I woke up bathed in the first rays of sunlight, with the river shimmering golden. At night, I could lie in bed and watch the city lights twinkle, with the lights of Qiansimen Bridge reflecting on the river. The entire Chongqing night view became my private backdrop – every photo I took was a stunning, filter-free masterpiece! Overlooking the mountain city as day turns to night, and feeling the collision of history and modernity – this is truly the right way to experience Chongqing! This hotel deserves five stars! I booked a twin room and was immediately impressed upon entering – the floor-to-ceiling windows offered a direct view of Raffles City. I could literally tick off a Chongqing landmark from my bed, watching the city's hustle and bustle by day and the light show by night – the view was absolutely incredible! The room was spotless, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and the bathroom had a separate shower and toilet. The large TV and the chair by the window were also thoughtful touches. The location is directly opposite Raffles City, super close to Chaotianmen and Hongyadong on foot. I'll definitely stay here again on my next trip to Chongqing!

Second time here, and the experience was still amazing! It felt even better being able to relax in my own pajamas. 😊 This time, I paid to upgrade myself: - Big bathtub 🛁 with rainbow bath bombs (ask at the front desk). - High-quality Dyson hairdryer, and there's a mini-bar in the room. - Booked the most expensive room directly, and the ambiance was the best. - Double vanities, so no waiting. - Smart voice control. - 270-degree panoramic view with lots of mirrors, great for photos from all angles. - The next day's breakfast 🍳 was a mix of Western and Chinese, with coffee available.
