Very disappointed for a no. 3 4 stars hotel. Amenities wise, it was lacking in many areas. The sound proofing was very bad, we could hear cars honking the entire time even though we were on floor 23, made it very difficult to stay asleep. The window blinds were too thin, not able to keep the light from coming in. The sliding doors to the shower and bathroom doesn't slide properly. No fridge in the room. No tissue box by the sink. We could smell the cigarette smell from inside the room because they asked guests to smoke at the stairwell but the door to the stairwell was always open and our room was close to the stairwell. Even tho it's a non smoking room. We could smell everything. They had free laundry provided on our floor but everyone uses it and other guests unloaded our things before the drying process was finished. Ended up losing an article of clothing. The elevators took forever to come. Only positive thing is that it's a very convenient location.

Im staying here 3d2n,it has a very beautiful river and city view which made my trip which i felt stunning.other than that,room are quite clean with nice modern design.Front desk Ms.婷婷 is very helpful and very responsive my request.highly recommend those who are coming.thank you

The hotel is near close to Jiefangbei. I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is excellent, with a beautiful view, and everything was very convenient. The staff were extremely friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. The room was clean and well maintained, and the housekeeping was also very good. Overall, I was very happy with my stay. Everything was comfortable, pleasant, and well organized. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would be happy to stay here again.

The hotel's location is excellent. It's just a few minutes' walk to the subway station, food street, Jiefangbei, and Kuixinglou. The room offers a fantastic view of Chongqing's river and the bustling cityscape, with towering buildings all around. It's a shame that Chongqing's nightlife is so vibrant that by the time I returned to the hotel each evening, the lights on both banks of the river were already off, so I didn't get to enjoy the night view from the hotel's perspective. The butler, Qi Qi, proactively contacted me before check-in and frequently asked about my needs, sent travel guides, and even gifted a souvenir. All in all, this hotel offers great value for money. You won't regret staying here. Highly recommended.

The hotel is conveniently located near Jiefangbei, making it easy to access food, drinks, and entertainment. The wooden-themed rooms are equipped with a smart assistant (Xiao Du), and the self-service laundry room is well-equipped. The basic amenities are complete, thoughtful, and practical. The place is super nice, comfortable, and the staff are friendly!

We stayed 3 nights at this hotel recommended by my friend with nice river view at high floor of 22 storey. This hotel is within walking distance of places of interest such as 解放碑，洪崖洞，十八梯 and 魁星楼。 Many eateries around this area and there was a washing machine cum drying machine where the drying process for our clothing took about 2 hours. But have to beware of those promoting on the streets one day tour where the tour guide will tell you that she will not follow on the pamphlet's itineraries. Moreover, we paid one day tour of RMB80 , ended up need to pay extra RMB221 for 25 minutes lunch for 1 table of RMB35 per pax and some entrance fees. We were introduced the one day tour at the road side while we scouting for breakfast and the sales girl said the tour guide could bring us for breakfast there. But the tour guide said there was no time for breakfast when they got a car to meet the tour guide in a big bus and we had to go hungry until lunch time. The bellhops were helpful as they helped us the book the cab or Didi as our apps were unable to book. One of the bellhops even asked us to pay the driver and actually was deducted from his pay wallet. We quickly called up the hotel to pay back the bellhop. This hotel needed us to pay a security payment of RMB500 where we already paid the 3 nites payment through trip com but they promptly refunded us after we checked out.

The owner at the front desk was really welcoming. The hotel is right next to the subway entrance, which is super convenient for getting around and exploring nearby attractions. I arrived in the morning, dropped off my luggage, and went out to sightsee. The owner even helped me move my bags to the room later. The laundry facilities are very handy, everything is tidy, and they change the bedding for each guest, so it's very clean. Great value for money! Thanks for the little gift, owner! 🎁

Excellent stay - highly recommend for convenience and great service! We had a fantastic experience here. The hotel has a brilliant sense of style and design, making it feel incredibly chic and modern. The service is top-notch and the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. The location is perfect, very convenient and just a short walk to both Jiefangbei and Jiaochangkou station. The room size was just right for two people, perfectly clean with daily room service, and they accommodated my request for a strict non-smoking room, which I really appreciated. While it's a busy building, the building management handles the elevator traffic well by splitting the lifts between high and low floors, so the lift speed was never an issue for me. Bonus perks: the hotel offers a dobi (laundry) service and they even provide umbrellas for you to borrow on rainy days. Just make sure to return them when you're done! Would definitely stay here again.

The 'what have i done?' feeling i had as i rode the older, slower, and busy lift all the way up to the 41st floor where i was confronted by a slightly scary and intimidating unfinished hallway, all quickly disappeared after I had located the hotel's segmented area of that floor through the glass door with keypad access code and opened the door to my room. While the decor is more 80s/90s style (in my eyes), it is VERY tidy and comfortable and pleasant, and the bath was very useable with a view straight down to the monument on the Jiefangbei pedestrian street. It has a very open bathroom style, so it's not for those who value bathroom privacy but it was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. The best thing in my eyes, and quite frankly the biggest surprise given the extremely low price of this room, was the daily cleaning service. It was excellent! I came home to a clean, fresh feeling room with enough toilet paper and fresh towels every day! Thank you!! The result is, i stayed four days here and loved it, and the position is perfect for those wanting to explore Chongqing. I highly recommend it to other travellers.

My stay at the Warin Hotel (Jiefangbei Hongyadong Branch) was very satisfying overall. The hotel's location is incredibly convenient. It's within walking distance of Jiefangbei and Hongyadong, and there are plenty of restaurants, shopping malls, and a subway station nearby, making getting around very easy. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was comfortable, and the soundproofing was good, so I had a great night's sleep. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. Check-in and check-out were efficient, and they promptly assisted with any issues. This hotel offers excellent value for money, making it suitable for both leisure travelers visiting Chongqing and those on business trips. I would definitely consider staying here again on my next visit to Chongqing and highly recommend it to everyone!
