Esperaba estar en un hotel bueno, comodo y agradable y he encontrado todo eso y mas cosas. Entre esas mas cosas un restaurante con una carta y una cocina muy buena y muy superior a lo que esperaba.

Decent hotel, good design, good location, quiet area. We live here for two nights, the only problem is just the internet, not high speed.

Great experience! The hotel is located within walking distance of the Old Town North Railway Station. Facing the city's most lively square, but the rest is very quiet at night. We didn't have breakfast at the hotel because there were shops with great breakfast nearby. Basically all attractions are within walking distance, and the market is also, except for the need to take a taxi to the beach. The hotel decoration is very traditional, and the soft color does not affect the rest. Hotel facilities are very new and very convenient to use. The room space meets the standards of most European cities, but the space design is reasonable, easy to use, and the channel walks are usually. The bedding and toiletries are very comfortable. The front desk staff was very patient and explained clearly. The only thing that needs to be improved is the restaurant. There are more people at dinner, and the service staff can't keep up, resulting in a long time to ask if you want to drink water. But it is indeed a hotel worth going to again.

The room is very spacious, the bedroom and bathroom are separated, the reception staff is very nice and even delivered the luggage to the room.

The hotel environment and location are great! It is close to the seaside and has beautiful scenery; the hotel is first-rate in hygiene and has rich breakfast and dinner; the hotel staff are friendly and provide enthusiastic service. I chose a sea view room. The room is spacious and bright, elegantly decorated and fully equipped. It is the best choice for watching the sunrise over the sea.

Great location…and the hotel’s own pool is fantastic! I’ve stayed at this hotel for two consecutive years! Perfect for a vacation, especially with the fireworks at night 🎇. The food service is excellent! The roast lamb chops are great; we had four servings! Remember to ask for extra chili 🌶️ and potatoes 🥔…they’re delicious! If you don’t ask for extra, they only give you four! Once you realize how good it is, you won’t want to just have chili 🌶️ and potatoes anymore; just order another serving of roast lamb chops and ask for extra. This suggestion can save you money 💰

Absolutely fantastic! The room had three large floor-to-ceiling windows, absolutely beautiful. The hotel's location is also superb; there's a Carrefour convenience store just 50 meters away, the bustling harbor is 200 meters away, and Balala Castle is also 200 meters away. There are many small restaurants and cafes on the street behind the hotel. I'll definitely choose this hotel next time I'm in Alacant.

The room is very big, clean and small balcony. The air is very convenient for ordering. The price is very affordable. The front desk service is very good. The hotel has a paid shuttle. There is no supermarket around the hotel.

The rooms are better than pictured. Honestly very very nicely designed. Great room amenities too. The staff have been great, attentive and friendly. The gym is average, or below average but fine. The spa area is decent but sauna is in need of refreshing. They could use a renovation in the whole spa and gym area.

I originally chose the hall after seeing the environment. Indeed, the hall is very atmospheric. That is, because of the passage of time, the room layout and room facilities have returned to a long time ago. At least I don't like the bedding. The hardness of the synthetic fiber makes it very uncomfortable to sleep on. The hotel is in a good location, only ten minutes' drive from the city center and the seaside.
