"The customer service was excellent, everyone was kind, and I was glad I chose this hotel from the start. Even though I arrived earlier than check-in time, my room was ready so I was allowed to check in early. There was a tour company right in front of the hotel, and the ski resort was nearby, so there were lots of things to do and it was convenient."

"Our stay in the glass igloo was amazing! The accommodation was very clean, and it included all the necessary amenities. It even came with a kitchenette. We were fortunate to see the aurora borealis just outside our igloo on the night we arrived, and watching the sunrise from the igloo was simply magical. The meals at the resort were fantastic. I would highly recommend the Fox Arctic Glass Igloo Resorts for a memorable experience."

"The location is smack right in the heart of town Center. There is a mall opposite, a Chinese restaurant beside and a walking 5 min to Santa town office. Not to mention bus stop is just 1 min walk. There is no better place to be sleeping in rovaniemi. Part of the Europe regulation; there are no disposal amenities . So if you want a room slipper, better bring your own else you will be walking in cold floor. Breakfast is sufficient. Nothing fancy, but above the average hotel with choice of balls, cold cuts, fruit and pastries .  Didn’t manage to see the gym nor sauna as was busy out looking at Santa’s creation."

"This was our first trip to Finland and our first time staying in a glass igloo, and overall, it was a wonderful experience. The only inconvenience was that we couldn't drive directly to our room; all cars had to be parked in a central lot. If you have a lot of luggage, be prepared for a bit of a trek as you'll have to pull it all the way to your room. If you have too much luggage and your room is far, the front desk does offer sleds to help you push it along. 😂 But it's understandable, as there are many people walking around the property, and with all the glass igloos, cars driving around would definitely compromise privacy and create light pollution. Our room type didn't look very big, but it actually had a separate sofa area for relaxing, and there was plenty of space on both sides of the bed. We were able to open up three large suitcases with room to spare. Most importantly, there were many power outlets in the room, which was incredibly convenient. The food provided was also quite good, with very fresh vegetables. We had satisfying dinners and breakfasts, and there were many choices for tea, coffee, and desserts. For those who enjoy alcohol, you can purchase it at the bar at your own expense. The overall service was excellent. The hotel offers many activities for an additional cost, so you can easily fill your days and then rest up to chase the Northern Lights at night. The hotel also provides a free Aurora borealis notification app (which usually costs money) that was very accurate. Basically, as soon as we received a notification, we could get ready and see the Northern Lights. Whether striking various poses in our room or walking around the hotel grounds, we saw beautiful auroras. This trip to Finland, staying in the glass igloo, truly made our dreams come true and completed our journey."

"Santa Claus Holiday Village was one of the highlights of our Finland trip. Located only about 10 minutes from Rovaniemi Airport, it was very convenient. The holiday village is huge, and our cottage was about a 5-minute walk from the reception. We visited during the summer, so it was peaceful and quiet, but the beautifully decorated reception still made it feel like Christmas all year round. The cottage was spacious, cosy and well equipped with a kitchen and utensils, although we only stayed for one night and didn’t get to use them. We especially loved the private sauna and spent almost an hour relaxing in it. The breakfast was excellent, and we had the best smoked salmon we’ve ever tasted. We can only imagine how magical this place must be during winter and Christmas. We truly hope to return one day to experience it in the snow."

"Awesome service, the front counter guy is really nice and patient to help us in any quires. The room is clean with nice sea view. Feeling quite well to see the sky stars when lying down on the bed in the night and the morning sky is super beautiful. Plus, the hotel price includes free tickets for experience 365, we enjoyed a lot there. ."

"The facilities are perfect, clean and the environment is beautiful, and the aurora can be photographed outside. The hotel has a parking lot and free parking. Hotel service is warm and thoughtful."
