Hotels With Parking in West Bengal, India

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Newtown City, Kolkata with my mother and my son. The amenities and overall environment were excellent, very clean and comfortable. The staff were extremely friendly, helpful, and made us feel welcome throughout our stay. Everything was well managed and pleasant. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would love to stay here again.

The hotel provided a good base to explore Kolkata. Away from the chaotic old city, and close enough to take Uber to get around. Loved the breakfast, especially being able to have idli, cafe and uppuma for breakfast and non spicy Sambar to go with it. It also has enough water supply such that I didn’t need to buy water at all. We walked to the axis mall nearby for grocery shopping and fast food. Since the attractions are scattered across the city anyway, we took uber to town for approximately 330 Rupees per trip. Self laundry was free too. I would definitely come back, especially once the metro nearby has completed. The only negative is the loud music coming from Novotel next door when there are weddings and parties. Perfect otherwise.

A flawless experience. Incredibly luxurious stay at a great price for a business traveler. Excellent English skills by everyone. Room serve was prompt, even though I didn't order until almost midnight. Nawab, the *** helping with cars, was a truly phenomenal help. He called my ride and made sure my trip went smoothly, and got me and the car loaded up and on my way.

The hotel staff was very nice and helpful. The hotel was very clean and modern. The location is very central, close enough to the airport and also to city center. The only issue I have is they would not allow the AC to go below 21° and at night it would get hot in the room, I asked the front desk and they told me it was general standards. Other then that the stay was a total pleasure and the breakfast menu was good.

Child abuser . Marriott hotel are allowing children as young as 3 years in their bar and not one ,  seven of them and for hours. They were in the bar when their parents were drinking and even the children were holding alcoholic beverages. I objected few times regarding allowing Children in a bar but no action taken.  It’s against the law and I believe Indian law doesn’t allow less than 21 years old access in a bar. I couldn’t believe Marriott are allowing illegal activity in a geotag operated by them and that also rested to child and only word I can use is Child Abusing.

I have stayed at this hotel before, and overall I feel quite good, so I choose again.

While the booking process and stay experience were satisfactory, I would like to highlight a concerning pricing discrepancy. The rate quoted on Trip.com was approximately 40% higher than the price offered directly by the hotel for the same room category and stay dates. As a valued member, I expect Trip.com to provide competitive or preferential rates, not higher than what the property itself offers. I request a review of this pricing inconsistency and an explanation of how such a large variation occurred. We checked -in the hotel on Saturday night .. there are 2 club that’s very noisy inside the Hotel premises … the music was very (extra) loud  (no soundproof walls )although  our room was on 4th floor still it was not helpful in anyway the music ended at 4.00 am (both on Saturday /Sunday) it was very bad experience staying at the property .

My stay at Hyatt Regency was great. I am a female solo traveler. Room is very spacious and clean. Breakfast is very delicious. Staffs are very helpful.
