The best feature of this hotel is undoubtedly its location. Being situated so close to the train station was incredibly convenient and made navigating the city simple. The room itself was clean and well-maintained, providing a comfortable and tidy space to return to after a day out. The only minor drawback is the lack of dining options immediately surrounding the hotel. While the train station proximity solves most travel needs, guests should be aware that they might need to travel a short distance to find a wide selection of restaurants. Overall, for travelers prioritizing convenience, cleanliness, and budget, this hotel is an excellent choice.

nice hotel same as other JAL brand hotel, close to airport Narita and 2 car rental shops nearby, which is good for take a rest and get your car after. Breakfast is great, just a bit expensive but worth it. Air cond is a bit weak at the first beginning but understandable due to energy saving, getting better after. Nice view outside that adding extra value.

A pleasant one night stay at Narita Tobu Hotel. The hotel provides free shuttle service to and fro Narita Airport Terminal 1 & 2, to JR Narita Station for you to explore the city center and also the AEON mall. We made use of this shuttle bus service quite well and explored Narita Omotesando Street in half a day. The room we booked was very spacious and comfortable. The only downside was that the hotel had a system error on the day of our check in, rendering the check in process to be long (however, there were seating areas in the lobby so no problem).

This is a fantastic place to stay. The staff is friendly and patient and the location is great for quick access to the train system. We were there for the Star Wars Celebration and it was fantastic to hop on without massive crowds. Between the train station and the hotel are a handful of food options, including two 7-11s, which stay open until midnight or later. Overall, we were pleased with our stay.

What a place to stay !! For a first Onsen style capsule pod hotel, this blew all expectations out the water. Massage facilities as well as electric massage chairs, study/work nooks, a shop, and four restaurants to cater any craving needs. Remove your shoes immediately and place them in a locker (located to the right when you enter the hotel). Exceptionally clean facilities, the onsen has numerous washing areas, a cold plunge pool, Sauna (90-100°C), Jacuzzi bath, three mineral hot baths, and outdoor hot bath, plus Ion bath. The Onsen is open until 1am and is busy from 5pm-10pm daily. Massages start from around 2000¥ Sleeping pods are spacious, although the lockable lockers within the pods are around 9 inches deep. There’s a hanging rail, and beside the sleeping area you’ll find a TV, power outlet, and standard USB charging point. Access: The hotel is located on the 1st floor. Use the outdoor escalators beside the bus terminal. There’s a McDonalds plus various other eateries and shops within the shopping mall, including a supermarket that sells everything from lighting, small/large electronics, and bicycles. If you’re visiting Makuhari Messe like I did, Uber will cost you 2000-3000¥ each way - taking around 10 minutes in peak hour traffic. The local staffed train station is located beside the Bus Terminal, providing decently quick access into Tokyo. Staff were extremely friendly, smiling, and always happy to help. There is a smokers lounge room within the hotel.

There are many shuttle buses between the airport and the hotel. At first, I almost thought I had to walk to the hotel myself, but after searching the reviews, I found out that you can wait for the bus at 31-B in Terminal 2, which was very convenient. The room was spacious, clean, and tidy. There's a 24-hour Lawson convenience store downstairs. My flight was at 9 AM, and there was a shuttle service at 7:10 AM which quickly took me to T1.

Richmond Hotel Narita was a solid and comfortable stay. The room was surprisingly spacious, especially for Japan, and everything felt clean and well-kept. The breakfast was very good with plenty of options to start the day right. Location is a big win—it’s close to the train station, nearby attractions, and surrounded by convenient stores, so everything you need is within easy reach. Overall, a very practical and enjoyable choice when staying in Narita.

I booked this hotel, simply because my flight from Narita is quite early in the morning, and I didn't want to get up early to travel 90 minutes to catch my flight. Although, the facilities were basic, they were well-built and sufficient. I had a lovely time there. The check-in and check-out processes were also very simple and lightning fast - perfect for an airport hotel where every minute matters. The hotel kindly provided shuttle buses between the hotel and all three terminals, which I find extra helpful. Also, the views from my room was very lovely!

You won't waste time traveling, which is perfect for guests who need to wake up early for the park. Returning to the hotel quickly to rest and recover from a tiring day is also a huge plus. 🛒 Amenities: Full marks for convenience There are two Lawson convenience stores right downstairs, which is definitely a bonus for travelers! You can grab breakfast like rice balls, sandwiches, and hot drinks, perfect if you're in a hurry. Before heading to the park, you can stock up on Disneyland essentials like water, snacks, and raincoats. Coming back from the park at night, you can also pick up late-night snacks and daily necessities. Shopping and restocking are super convenient, no need to go out of your way at all. Overall, the stay was fantastic! The double convenience of transportation and amenities made the Disneyland trip much more relaxed. Highly recommended!

The hotel is quite clean. It's conveniently located near the airport, and the shuttle service makes transfers to and from flights very easy. However, the front desk staff's attitude was a bit problematic, likely due to the large number of arrivals late at night.
