"There's a free shuttle bus service from JR Station, I took the 13:00 bus and arrived at the hotel at 13:45. The staff kindly allowed me to check in early, which was really nice. They have a water park and large onsen facilities. Both the breakfast and dinner buffets were delicious; even though the variety wasn't huge, the food quality was consistently good. The Chateraise desserts and ice cream bars were especially tasty! On the day I checked in, there were Japanese, Hong Kong, *********, Korean tour groups, and even a Japanese school group. Although there were a lot of people, the hotel grounds are extensive, and the buffet items were refilled very quickly both morning and evening.
The hotel has a classic feel, but everything is very well-maintained. The most traditional thing was that the air conditioning in the room was pre-set to 25 degrees Celsius, and the windows couldn't be opened. Given the current weather, it was a bit stuffy..."
