First of all, the access from the station is excellent, and there are commercial facilities inside the station just a short distance away.
The washing area in the large public bath was very spacious. (The showers and hair dryers were Refa brand.)
The breakfast area was also spacious and offered a wide variety of options, which was satisfying.
Free coffee was also provided.

I was very impressed with my stay. The service was excellent at every point, from the valet parking staff and the front desk to the restaurant staff who provided exceptional service.
The Superior room was spacious, had a stunning view, and I especially loved that there was a massage chair in the room. The common area facilities were complete, including the onsen and foot bath. The highlight was the free ice cream before 8 pm in front of the onsen, and the seating area with a view while enjoying ice cream was fantastic.
The only minor drawback was that the bathroom in the room had a slightly unpleasant smell. I hope the hotel will check into this and improve it. If this can be fixed, it would be a perfect stay, and I would definitely return again in the future.

The hotel is stunning, super cozy, and feels very exclusive since there aren't many rooms.
The common area with the fireplace is everything. Free drinks, warm fire—I could literally chill there all day.
Huge room, and the futons are surprisingly comfy.
We did the half-board (breakfast & dinner) and it was seriously delicious.
The staffs are super friendly and helpful, 10/10 service.
The public Onsen baths are gorgeous and so relaxing—perfect for melting away muscle pain. Honestly, the Private Onsens (especially the outdoor ones) are a bit basic. No toilets or amenities out there, so don't be worry if you can't snag a booking; the main baths are better anyway!
One Heads-up: This is a legit sulfur onsen town. The smell is strong and literally stuck to my car seats for days. 😂 Bring some air freshener!

For the first time in Nihonmatsu, refer to the word of tipcom
I stayed with my uncle and three people at Kounkakusan.
The parking lot is on the upper and lower sides of Kounkaku-san, so it seems that you can stop either one, check in a little before 3 o'clock, this time I stayed in one room, and this time I stayed in the second floor room, so I went to the large communal bath and footbath
and i was able to go smoothly
The next morning breakfast buffet is on the fourth floor
From the receptionist, everyone at the buffet venue
Very hard and kind
I would also like to visit during the chrysanthemum doll season.
My husband, my uncle, and I are very happy.
thank you very much.

Guest UserWe enjoyed the hot springs and the pool, but it was difficult to find our way to the outdoor pool and the South Wing, especially since it was our first time. It would have been nice if there were more amenities in the room.

The staff were super helpful and friendly, food was also really good. The buffet had quite a wide selection and all of the food i tried was great. The staff also provided new bath towels and yukatas each evening, their service was amazing.
Our one major issue with the place was the cleanliness of the bath area. The rest of the room was super clean and tidy but the onsen area really needed a good scrub. There was mildew covering the walls of the shower area(which honestly wasn’t such a big issue). The real nightmare was the tub area and the tub itself. The floors surrounding the tub were slippery and slimy and covered with algae. The rim and bottom(inside) of the tub were also slimy. It was suppose to be a relaxing soak in the tub but it ended up being very uncomfortable having to avoid the slime all the time :(
Other than that the place is great, it was just really disappointing as the “main highlight” of our room, which was the onsen, ended up being the worst part of the room.

It was right in front of the station and easy to find, so I had no trouble getting there.
Although the building is retro, the guest rooms have been renovated and are new and clean. I was able to relax and enjoy my stay!

The hotel is new and stylish, the rooms are clean and tidy, and everything at the breakfast buffet was absolutely delicious! They had squid carrots and cream boxes, which are unique to Fukushima, as well as an elaborate green curry, and everything was absolutely delicious.
There was a large public bath in the basement, but the powder room was separate and very comfortable. There was also a relaxation room with manga and massage chairs.
One thing to note is that there are only a few large rooms, so if you're staying with 3-4 people, the larger rooms tend to fill up quickly, and if they do, you'll have to split into two rooms.
There was no noise from the neighboring rooms or the hallway, but there was a bar right in front of the hotel, so we heard drunk people shouting in the middle of the night.
The room was simple and nice, but the toilet and bath were particularly compact.
I'd definitely stay here again!

Guest UserThis hotel is truly perfect for a relaxing getaway. The atmosphere is peaceful and the food is delicious. However, it's best to arrive after 2 PM, and you should eat lunch beforehand if you're not driving yourself, as you won't find food available during that time. The rooms are very spacious and located right by the stream. The onsen bath is beautiful, and there's an open-air room with an indescribable ambiance. There's also a large, affordable convenience store on-site. Plus, free drinks are offered from check-in time until evening.

We enjoyed En Resort, a ski in ski out hotel.
Although location is far from JR train station, the hotel provides complimentary shuttle bus service to and fro the train station.
Shuttle bus service to the ski centre is on demand, so it is really convenient. Or just ski in ski out from hotel.
Facilities at hotel includes public bath, heated swimming pool, complimentary massage chair, table tennis table, coffee at lobby, marshmallow roasting at lobby, laundry room, complimentary ice cream. Ski lift passes and ski/snowboard rental available at hotel. Lockers available too.
We stayed for 5 days with half board meals. Totally enjoyed the food. Staff at reception and restaurant are very friendly.
