Pretty good overall. It's a little out of the way, but the service was excellent and it was very clean. Good value for money. My only note is that Nagasaki itself is quite dull with not much to see or do, so I was just passing through.

As a first-time visitor to Nagasaki, I can confirm that this hotel truly lives up to its excellent online reputation. I booked the smallest room; while the bathroom was compact, the bed was notably spacious, making it perfect for solo travelers. The hotel boasts an unbeatable location. Tram and bus stops are just a stone's throw away, and there's a Yoshinoya right downstairs. Across the street, an indoor shopping arcade means you're covered no matter the weather, ensuring all your dining, entertainment, and shopping needs are met with ease. Both the guest rooms and public areas are exceptionally clean, and the 3rd-floor lobby lounge offers a wonderfully relaxing ambiance. On the ground floor, the elevator entrance features an automatic hand sanitizer dispenser and fresh flower arrangements, adding a very welcoming touch. Breakfast was quite enjoyable, featuring two types of homemade toast as the main items, complemented by a wide selection of side dishes, salads, hot and cold platters, and drinks. It was really satisfying. The front desk staff were incredibly warm and polite; even without Chinese language skills, communication was never an issue. The hot spring bath on the 11th floor is definitely worth experiencing. Overall, this is an excellent hotel perfect for both business and leisure travelers.

The room was spacious and spotlessly clean, with decor reminiscent of established, classic 5-star hotels in China. We had lovely mountain views from the window. Its location is incredibly convenient, being extremely close to both Nagasaki JR Station and the bus terminal, with AMU Plaza right downstairs. Overall, the place was very clean, the complimentary amenities provided were excellent, and the price was also incredibly reasonable. After meticulously comparing almost all conveniently located guesthouses and hotels in Nagasaki within my budget, this was my final choice, and I'm genuinely pleased with my decision.

I recently stayed at this Japanese hotel, and it was a fantastic experience. The location is great, with easy access to key attractions and transport, though finding food in Nagasaki can be a bit tricky, especially early in the morning. That’s why I highly recommend booking their breakfast—it's absolutely the best. The spread includes everything from traditional Japanese dishes to international options, and the quality is outstanding. It's definitely worth paying extra for, and you won’t regret it. The hotel’s service was also top-notch, with friendly and attentive staff who made sure I felt comfortable throughout my stay. The Chinese-inspired decor added a unique touch that made the atmosphere even more special. Given the excellent service, beautiful facilities, and amazing breakfast, this hotel offers great value for the price. Highly recommend!

Great location and great hotel. Very accessible and near to malls and attractions. The hotel has amazing restaurants from fine dining to more affordable food halls - you’ll really never go hungry! 😊And if you’re planning to watch sports games at The Stadium, the hotel has direct access to premium boxes 😊 you’re watching without really leaving the hotel. It’s really the best place to stay. Also, the tram and other public transports are just a walk away!

The hotel is conveniently located a 10-minute walk from JR Nagasaki Station, with some rooms offering distant views of the station. The lobby is bright and spacious, offering complimentary morning coffee and a microwave for guests. The self-check-in kiosks are very user-friendly; you just enter your booking number, and with Chinese language options, the check-in process is seamless and free of any language barriers. A 7-Eleven convenience store is conveniently located right next to the lobby, perfect for grabbing snacks and essentials. Our room was clean, tidy, and comfortable. As a welcoming gesture, the mini-fridge contained two complimentary bottles of water and two mango puddings. A complimentary hot spring ticket was also provided. We managed to book this room during a 618 sale event for under 600 a night, which was absolutely fantastic value for money! Overall, a five-star experience; I highly recommend staying here.

The view was excellent and we were able to enjoy the fireworks at the perfect time. Perhaps due to the reduction in labor costs, it was a bit confusing considering the price, but when we entered the room it was pitch black, the curtains were closed, and there was no one to guide us to dinner. The futon was supposed to be laid out beforehand, but we had to do it ourselves. We wondered where we should start eating. The bath had a great view of the night view.

I had been looking forward to staying at Huis Ten Bosch on this trip, so I chose the Amsterdam Hotel. Checking in was a bit of a hassle, as you had to enter the park and then take a shuttle bus to the hotel. The hotel's exterior resembles a classical European building, and from a distance, it felt like you were truly in the Netherlands. The lobby is spacious and high-ceilinged, with European-style decor, giving you the feeling of being transported to another country the moment you enter. The front desk staff was very friendly, and the check-in process was quick. They also provided a brief introduction to the park's activities and transportation. The room was more spacious than I expected, decorated in a European-style elegance. The window overlooked the park's canals and streets, a truly captivating sight. At night, the park, illuminated, reflected in the water, created a truly fairytale-like atmosphere. We specifically chose an exterior room so we could watch the fireworks, but ultimately we enjoyed the spectacular display downstairs with other guests. With multiple restaurants and a convenience store within the park, there was no shortage of food. Being right inside the park, the hotel was within easy reach, allowing for immediate exploration, making it much more convenient than staying outside the park. There's also a large bathhouse within the park, which also requires a shuttle bus to reach, which is a bit inconvenient. Overall, the Amsterdam Hotel felt like more than just accommodation; it was a complete part of the trip. The atmosphere, convenience, and service were all unforgettable. If I were to visit Huis Ten Bosch again, I would definitely stay there again, and I'd even recommend it to first-time visitors. Combining both entertainment and accommodation is the true essence of Huis Ten Bosch.

TTCYLWe had a connecting room facing Huis Ten Bosch. There's a private entrance that people staying at Hotel Nikko can use to get into the amusement park which closes at 9.30am. If you are early, you can check in first and leave your luggage. The staff will bring them to the room when the room is ready while we went to the amusement park. The facilities are dated but clean. There's onsen that we can use and the breakfast spread is tasty 😋 Staff are very friendly.

KKongjiekkkThis hotel is cost-effective and the location is okay. It takes about 5 minutes to walk to the station. It is uphill to walk to the hotel. It is a bit tiring to push the big box. It is hygienic. Although it is a small hotel, it is very hygienic. The breakfast is okay and you can eat enough. , the waiter is very serious and the service is good. Worth recommending

MMohanmode9955The location is fantastic and easy to find – just off the main road opposite Chinatown, down the street shown in the second picture. There's a supermarket right by the entrance, which is super convenient for grabbing water and snacks. The room itself is quite spacious for Japan, and all the facilities are in good condition.

WWherethefishroamThe location is a little off the city centre, but close to a tram stop. Parking is pricey - 2k per day, and the parking lot is a short walk away so drivers will need to park and unload the car at the carpark and walk up the street with baggage. Apart from these, the hotel is lovely. The rooms are huge and well equipped with living area and kitchenette. The beds are very comfortable and the blankets have a good weight to them, it was hard to get up in the morning because it was such a good sleep.

LLvjingGreat in value for families who are planning to go Huis Ten Bosch park. The room is spacious and have everything you need. There’s hotel shuttle runs every 20 min to bring you to the park. If you arrive after 7pm, call the hotel reception at the luggage reception (in car park 2), they will send car to come and fetch you. Great service!

GGuest UserWe are so happy to stay in this hotel! From the moment I stepped into my room, I was greeted by the soothing warmth of the private hot spring. The comfortable bed provided a perfect retreat after a day of exploration. The highlight, however, was the delightful dinner experience. The summer menu featured a fusion of Japanese ingredients and Western cooking techniques. Each dish was thoughtfully prepared, with fresh flavors that allowed us to taste the local ingredients. Since we don’t speak Japanese. The staff patiently explained each dish, making the dining experience even more enjoyable. Overall, the service was exceptional, and the combination of comfort, cuisine, and attentive staff made our stay truly memorable. I highly recommend this hot spring hotel to anyone seeking a relaxing getaway.
