Excellent location in Santiago. Clean, large and comfortable rooms. The staff are all very polite and customer oriented. The food and service in Tapas restaurant is fantastic. The included breakfast buffet is excellent as well. Customer service is outstanding here. Free shuttle to and from STI is also a big plus. The UBER drivers in Santiago attempt to overcharge on all airport pick ups and demand payment in cash. The hotel shuttle driver was right outside the arrivals door waiting for me and it was greatly appreciated.

The lobby is a good place for working. I spent a lot of time there and could hear the team welcoming all the guests. They were all super nice and professional with everyone but Diana was the best. She gave me so many ideas of where to go and what to see. She and Jose definitely made my stay a whole lot better even though it was amazing in the first place. / Also the food was amazing. I am vegan and they created very delicious food options for me every day. I can 100% recommend this hotel.
