An excellent hotel, spacious, clean and very comfortable rooms, international TV channels (including TVE), magnificent buffet breakfast, indoor parking (40DHM) per night, extremely friendly staff, located next to the shopping center and Macdonald, in the Same Boulevard, easy to get to the Medina,

The hotel is comfortable and clean, and it is quite quiet. The location is a bit far from the ancient city, but the taxi is not expensive. You can get to the ancient city for 20 yuan. The surrounding facilities of the hotel are also quite complete, there is a big supermarket, and McDonald's.

The hotel located just in front of the train station, very convenient. The staffs were very helpful and kind. The room was clean. We recommend this place for sure!!!

Our experience at Marriott Fez was fantastic.Friends holiday with a group of seven adults. From the moment we arrived, the hospitality was great . The staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and attentive to every detail, making sure we felt at home. It was one of our friends' birthday on the day of arrival and we had a fantastic birthday surprise from the manageress. Thanks to the entire team at Janan Palace. The Fes Marriott is a fantastic option with plenty to offer. The hotel features three excellent restaurants, each providing a distinct dining experience. The outdoor areas are impressive with a large swimming pool. Beautiful hotel to spend a few days while visiting Fes.

The hotel's WiFi coverage is particularly comprehensive, whether in the room, lobby, restaurant, or in the corner of the corridor, the WiFi signal is very strong, there will be no disconnection. Прекраснейший аутентичный риад, расположение супер - на окраине медины, в тихом месте, 3 минуты пешком от парковки. Королевский номер действительно королевский, резьба и роспись, как в музеях, ретро мебель, люстры, грандиозно. Очень просторный номер, двуспальная кровать и две односпальные. Нас очень тепло встретили, угостили мятным чаем и печеньем, дали карту медины и рассказали какие места стоит посетить. Очень сытный и красивый завтрак в саду под пение птиц. Бассейн небольшой, но достаточно места и глубины, чтобы плавать. Терраса на крыше тоже прекрасна. Мы очень благодарны сотрудникам риада.

We were pleasantly surprised by the Hotel Volubilis. We hesitated to book the hotel because of some bad reviews about not having hot water and the staff being unfriendly (especially to Asians). But we decided to book anyways because of its location and quite affordable price. We were arriving to Fez at around 5pm, and we were told staying at the Medina wouldn't be worth it. Since we were catching a flight the next morning, we thought it would be more convenient to stay in the new city. So, despite some of the bad reviews, we decided to spend the night at Hotel Volubilis. Its location turned out to be great. It's right at the center and by the main avenue. There are lots of places to eat at walking distance and there are several Carrefours closeby also at walking distance. The staff was nice and they welcomed us well and took our request for a taxi to the airport in the morning. So, we have no complaints about the staff. Our room was big with a terrace. The room was old but clean. The terrace had no table or chairs, but it was okay. The bathroom was also big and we had no issues with the hot water. We showered at arrival and in the morning and water was hot and with pressure. The thing that we missed the most in the room was a fridge. Other than that, all good and acceptable. Though we agree with the other comments saying that this is not a 4-star hotel by ”global” standards.

Very beautiful restored riad. Everything in the interior is made by craftsmen from Fez: carved decoration of ceilings, walls, carved furniture. Beautiful as in a museum and at the same time everything is comfortable. Excellent breakfast on the terrace. Wonderful staff. The only thing is that the Medina is not so easy to navigate. It is better to warn the hotel in advance about your arrival so that you can be met outside the walls of the Medina.
