We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights. The room was modest and small, with no strange odors, and offered an ocean view from the balcony. There's no elevator, but the hotel staff kindly carry your suitcases and bags to the correct floor. The transfer service from the pier to the hotel and back is free. This oceanfront hotel was a fantastic experience. The rooms offered expansive views, with floor-to-ceiling windows directly overlooking the sea – absolutely stunning for watching the sunrise in the morning and the sunset in the evening. The hotel was clean and tidy, the bedding was comfortable, and the soundproofing was excellent. The service was warm and attentive, check-in was quick, and the beach was right downstairs. It was very convenient for getting around. The gentle sea breeze and the sound of the waves created a truly relaxing vacation atmosphere. A room was booked for a VIP customer for one night with bed and breakfast. Unfortunately, due to severe weather conditions, traveling to the island was not possible, and we informed the hotel accordingly. Despite this, their policy was strictly non-refundable, which we accepted. However, when we requested an alternative option such as rescheduling for another date, the Kaani team did not provide any flexibility, even after direct contact. It is disappointing to see such rigid policies applied in circumstances beyond anyone’s control. In the Maldives, when the sea is rough and strong winds prevent travel, guests should reasonably expect some accommodation. Sadly, this was not the case, and I cannot recommend this property if timely travel is uncertain. The response we received when requesting alternatives was: ”Unfortunately we do not have alternative option, hotel booking policy dictates these terms and conditions when making a booking.”

I can best recommend this hotel. The hotel staff helped me book the Speed Boat for island transfer, excursions, etc and were always very helpful. The rooms were very clean. There were drinking water bottles that could be filled at any time as needed. Breakfast was very delicious and varied.

I was very impressed with the reception staff here. They took good care of me and spoke very politely and gently.

We had some small issue with the room and he immediately send over his team and helped us! Thanks to Tiger and the team! Very professional! The hotel is located in the lively area of ​​Maffushi. It feels very safe. The hotel upgraded us to Kaani Beach Hotel. The service is very good and every employee is very nice. The facilities are mature, there is a swimming pool, and there are also sea tours. The instructions are clear. It was a very pleasant time and I enjoyed it very much. Highly recommended!!!!!!!

Wonderful hotel. Spacious room, nothing extra. Special thanks for the quality of the pillows, you fall asleep literally as soon as you put your head on it. Soft comfortable bed. Breakfast is prepared practically in front of you. Very tasty. I especially liked the tuna with coconut flakes. The hotel territory is small, but it looks atmospheric. The staff is friendly, helpful. At night I wanted to drink tea with sweets, despite the late time of day, they accompanied me and showed me the store 😅🤌. You need to understand that this is not a luxury hotel, but I was pleasantly surprised by the comfort and atmosphere.

Kuraidhoo Island is conveniently located within the atoll chain, making it easy to get around and go on excursions. The hotel is very cozy, and the caretaker, Fareed, is incredibly kind and attentive. He'll organize activities and excursions to nearby islands and reefs upon request. Highly recommended!
