Overall, the room was great value for money! The breakfast was also good; you could choose between coffee or juice. The beach is just 10 meters away, and the location is on the other side of the island (the side facing away from the pier). It was quite quiet! The room was clean and tidy, with no unpleasant odors. The shower had a strong and hot water pressure.

Absolutely amazing stay with small budget. The facilities very new, location is very close to the jetty. We can enjoy the amazing view of boats, parasailing and water activities from the hotel balcony. The staffs are very nice and we had nice breakfast as well. Highly recommended.

A room was booked for a VIP customer for one night with bed and breakfast. Unfortunately, due to severe weather conditions, traveling to the island was not possible, and we informed the hotel accordingly. Despite this, their policy was strictly non-refundable, which we accepted. However, when we requested an alternative option such as rescheduling for another date, the Kaani team did not provide any flexibility, even after direct contact. It is disappointing to see such rigid policies applied in circumstances beyond anyone’s control. In the Maldives, when the sea is rough and strong winds prevent travel, guests should reasonably expect some accommodation. Sadly, this was not the case, and I cannot recommend this property if timely travel is uncertain. The response we received when requesting alternatives was: ”Unfortunately we do not have alternative option, hotel booking policy dictates these terms and conditions when making a booking.”

I can best recommend this hotel. The hotel staff helped me book the Speed Boat for island transfer, excursions, etc and were always very helpful. The rooms were very clean. There were drinking water bottles that could be filled at any time as needed. Breakfast was very delicious and varied.

The girl at the reception was very polite and pleasant. The staff was wonderful. However, the room wasn't very clean. The glass was dirty.

My arrival at the hotel didn’t go so smoothly. I initially booked two nights but was not sure about the transfer arrangements on Fridays to the airport. My modification to one day was done well over a week in advance but when I got to the hotel they were asking me to pay some taxes for the day I cancelled. They also were charging me for the speedboat transfer, not confirming with me first if I took their boat or not. My check in was a little later than 2pm and I’d been waiting since 12:00 or so as I took the 10:45am speed boat to the hotel. The room was good but no one is based at that specific hotel you have to eat your meals and request services from the other hotel branches. If they did their admin well, then holiday would’ve went smoothly.

The hotel is located in the lively area of ​​Maffushi. It feels very safe. The hotel upgraded us to Kaani Beach Hotel. The service is very good and every employee is very nice. The facilities are mature, there is a swimming pool, and there are also sea tours. The instructions are clear. It was a very pleasant time and I enjoyed it very much. Highly recommended!!!!!!!

Wonderful hotel. Spacious room, nothing extra. Special thanks for the quality of the pillows, you fall asleep literally as soon as you put your head on it. Soft comfortable bed. Breakfast is prepared practically in front of you. Very tasty. I especially liked the tuna with coconut flakes. The hotel territory is small, but it looks atmospheric. The staff is friendly, helpful. At night I wanted to drink tea with sweets, despite the late time of day, they accompanied me and showed me the store 😅🤌. You need to understand that this is not a luxury hotel, but I was pleasantly surprised by the comfort and atmosphere.

The book is a garden sea view room, but there is no room in his house, and a room without a window is arranged. I insisted on the garden sea view room. Finally, the store negotiated with another house to arrange the garden sea view room. The store apologized for giving a dinner. Overall feels good.
