I always stay here whenever i come to Kuala Terengganu.. Comfortable and very satisfied with the environment.. Location wise. City centered. Easy to get food and the malls just walking distance.. Beautiful view..the sea and the drawbridge. Satisfied. Ive a pleasant stayed..

Spotless Rooms: Both the room and the toilet were sparkling clean and met my expectations perfectly. It’s clear the housekeeping team takes pride in their work. Great Facilities: The hotel facilities are solid, including a very convenient café located on the ground floor—perfect for a quick bite or coffee. Prime Location: This is the hotel’s strongest suit! Everything is within walking distance, including plenty of eating places, a self-service laundry, and convenience stores. You really have everything you need right at your doorstep. Final Verdict: I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a decently priced stay surrounded by endless amenities. I will definitely be back!

At first glance, the hotel looked very impressive from the outside. During the check-in process, the receptionist was very polite and courteous. Every question was answered kindly and with detailed information about the hotel and its facilities. The room was very comfortable and well-equipped with a convenient work desk, making it easy for me to complete my work. The Wi-Fi connection was fast, and the bathroom was clean and well-maintained. My husband also had the opportunity to enjoy the swimming pool provided by the hotel. The pool was Muslim-friendly, which made us feel comfortable and relaxed. In the evening, we decided not to go out for dinner and chose to have the hotel buffet instead. The dining experience was very pleasant, and the food was delicious. We were satisfied with the quality and felt that it was worth the price we paid. We also booked a package that included breakfast. The breakfast was superb and very tasty, and the staff provided excellent service by clearing the plates quickly and efficiently. Whenever we visit Kuala Terengganu in the future, we will definitely choose to stay at Hotel Raia again.

The hotel is right next to Chinatown (about a 10-minute walk). Luckily, there's a 7-Eleven downstairs where you can grab essentials, and a pharmacy too. For the price, I think it's fantastic value for money! The room was comfortable, and it had a window with good natural light. The only minor drawback was that the mirror was a bit dirty, it looked like it hadn't been cleaned thoroughly.

Overall, everything was good and we had a pleasant stay. The kids were very happy with two waterparks and a big swimming pool, which was a big plus for families. However, on the first day, there was water on the floor in the room. Not sure whether it came from the air conditioner or due to heavy rain, but it might be good for the management to check. The location is quite far from the city, so it’s more suitable for those who want to relax rather than go shopping or explore food spots. That said, Pok Nong Ikan Celup Tepung is only about 15 minutes away, which is convenient. Overall, a nice place for a relaxing family getaway.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The place is beautiful, peaceful, and very relaxing — perfect for a short getaway. The environment is calm and well-maintained, making it easy to unwind and enjoy the surroundings. The location is also very convenient, as it is not far from other beaches such as Pantai Kemasik, which makes exploring the area even more enjoyable. Most importantly, the staff were extremely kind and helpful. I accidentally left my bracelet behind, and they were honest enough to keep it safely and return it to me. I truly appreciate their honesty and excellent service. Highly recommended, and I would definitely stay here again!

I had a good stay at Permai Hotel Kuala Terengganu. The room was comfortable and the facilities were nice, especially the swimming pool. The nasi dagang at the hotel was delicious! Overall, it’s a pleasant place to stay for both relaxation and local food experience.

Overall great. Stayed here for a few times already, all for work trip. Ample parking and free, just need validation from receptionist. Room is spacious with amenities like toiletries, iron, sejadah.
