I had a very pleasant stay at Harmony Hotel in Kampala. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and well-furnished. The staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile. The location is also convenient, close to many key places in the city. Breakfast was tasty and well prepared, and the hotel offers good value for money overall. Whether you’re traveling for business or leisure, Harmony Hotel provides a peaceful and comfortable experience in the heart of Kampala. Highly recommended!

Went down to the counter to extend my stay for one more day, was told that it is ok as long as I pay before 1300. when I went to pay at 1300, I was told that the hotel is full and I have to check out.When I check back at Trip.com I saw that there are other rooms avaliable but I was not even given that option. It would have been ok if I was told that it was full and I cannot extend. I am now stuck at the lobby and will have to look for another hotel.

The room is big enough, the front desk is super good, they helped me solve all my problems, repaired my eyes, arranged a tour guide and driver, sent water and knives to the room, I bought mangoes, the restaurant service is also good, the price is reasonable, and the cost performance is high.

The hotel is well located in Kampala Uganda, easily accessible and close to Acacia mall making it easier for meetings and convenient for accessing different amenities and services outside the hotel. The hotel staff are very friendly and supportive. The food is delicious especially their samosas 😋. The night views by the pool side is also amazing. Sunset views are amazing and at no cost!!!

Hotel is within walking distance of downtown. Clean room, comfortable bed, spacious bathroom. Not many dining options within the vicinity although hotel does have a restaurant. Breakfast was satisfactory and delivered to room. Internet was fast. There are matatus that pass the hotel that go all the way to Entebbe so it was very convenient for me

This beautiful new hotel located right on the shore of Lake Victoria, every room has balcony with great views. The hotel offer free transportation to and from the airport, this hotel is very convenient if you need to use the airport. The room is spacious, clean and free WiFi is available . The staff friendly and hospitable. I will stay there again on my next visit to Uganda. 這是一座全新的酒店，坐落在維多利亞湖邊。酒店有免費機場接送，房間有湖景，免費Wi-Fi和供應膳食。在這裏乘車去Kampala 市中心也10分方便。

Beautiful hotel decoration. On the shore of Lake Victoria, but the work of the staff leaves the desire for the best, forgot, did not do, anything else. In the evening is very dark in the restaurant, not comfortable

Super exceeding expectations hotel! We had a trip the next morning, so we originally booked here for one night. I thought I could sleep and take a shower. I didn't have too high expectations for the hotel, and the result was unexpectedly good. The room is very very spacious, the ventilation, lighting and hot water facilities are also very good, the health is very clean, even the socket panel is Chinese. The hotel's rare package of three meals is Chinese food. Our plane arrived late, and the boss also specially reserved dinner, especially after we came from South Sudan and ate the fly-filled African meal in the wild for more than a week, we could eat clean and authentic Chinese food. It was as warm as going home.
