I loved this hotel! I arrived early in the morning and was pleasantly surprised with my room. It was really clean, super spacious and comfortable. I unfortunately had a delay in pickup and was at the hotel for several extra hours and the concierge allowed me to stay in my room until the evening, which was really kind. The food in the executive lounge was great. Every staff member I encountered was pleasant and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

I stayed for one night at the Hotel Okapi and really enjoyed my stay. The bed was comfortable, the room clean, and my room had a wonderful view of the city. I ate dinner one night at the hotel. Good food and very nicely priced. The staff were all very helpful and kind. Would stay again!

I recently stayed for two nights at the Radisson Blu and had a fantastic experience. The room was spotless, and I was greeted with thoughtful welcome treats. The gym facilities were top-notch, and the staff were extremely warm and welcoming, making my stay even more enjoyable. The location offers plenty of activities and attractions nearby, and the area really comes alive at night, making it great for a leisurely walk. With numerous restaurants in the vicinity, I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting the area.

I love staying at M Safari Club. My room was exactly as seen in the picture and quite spacious. It’s very clean and nice. The guesthouse is in a central location, very walkable to Kimironko market, supermarkets and restaurants. There is a restaurant on site that you can enjoy great meals without leaving the property. The staff and owner is very friendly so I extended my stay. I would recommend this place to anyone who want a budget, pleasant and comfortable place in Kigali.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The service was great and friendly, both at check-in and during my dining experience. I particularly enjoyed the breakfast options, which were diverse and delicious. The gym was well-equipped and offered nice views of the pool. The location is convenient and in a newly developed area. It was easy to book online, they communicated swiftly on my email inquiry, friendly and professional team and the location is great. I quite enjoyed my stay at the hotel. I got the third floor room with lovely view with a balcony. My room was pristine set up with convenient supplies including toiletry supplies, soft slippers, complimentary water and tea/coffee supplies. It was a comfortable sleep with surprisingly quiet nights considering we were smack in the heart of Kigali CBD. Breakfast had a range of options which was nice and I was so pleased the chef indulged my request for plain porridge one evening at the restaurant when I was under the weather. Love the bar/restaurant that has good vibes for sundowner and dinner. My one disappointment was the lack of an elevator so that its more accessible to more folks. But overall it is a lovely boutique hotel. All in all my stay was superb and look forward to staying there in my next visit. I highly recommend the hotel.

Hotel was near airport but far away from the city. Room was poorly maintained as many appliances were faulty, such as the fan and water heater, which were quickly fixed by the staff. Would not recommend if you want a fuss free stay.
