I liked the hotel very much. It's an old hotel, but it's all working properly. Because it's old, the difference is that there is no card in the door, but the traditional key to close the door. The lift is the door that you have to open. But nothing that has no longer been functional.
The service was very good.
And breakfast I loved! Coffee, milk, juices, yoghurt, cakes, bread, and many other options.
It has a pharmacy, a bakery next to the hotel, also has a 24-hour market where I used late night because I wanted water, beer and cookies (which is cheaper than from the fridge bar). And of course, remembering in safety, when I went out to the market night, I left my cell phone and yours in the room and went there, which is the recommendation due to the place, but yet it was still quiet.
The location was perfect for Blonco! I took an Uber to visit a few monuments, and it was such a fun experience. The breakfast was delicious, and they made fresh omelets just for me. The staff were super friendly and kind, which made my stay even better!
You actually get what you pay for it. And I think that the reception is very slow. They take a very long time to check people in and he’s usually only one receptionist. It’s a decent place to stay for a couple of nights at most. Breakfast is very good. Staff are very helpful and kind.
This is my second stay here and I’ll stay again .
This hotel is in a good location at one end of Ave Paulista. Walking distance to Subway station and high-end mall.
The small rooms might be a problem for very tall or wide people.
Super friendly front desk people.
Good breakfast
Nice designed hotel.
Small but cozy room with a refrigirator.
Close to Luz station.
We stayed 5 nights.
On the second night the a/c failed so we had to change the room.
Than until the rest of our stay we had no hot water and i had to take a shower in a different room.
The staff was very attentive and did their best but when I asked to talk to PR fir a compensatipn i was ignored.
It is not a nice area after dark.
Many homeless people and a lot of garbage in the streets next to the hotel.
Well, I had little problems: the dusty bathroom, the lift broke, but the mechanic came fast, orange juice and grape were of those in the box, very bad, the refreshments were very vague.
The room was too small, the water pressure was low, and the shower wasn't very pleasant. The room also didn't provide drinking water, slippers, or disposable toiletries. However, the location was excellent, very close to Paulista Boulevard.
Good hotel, but lack security, only one person works the night at the reception, has no sergeant, car park watches don't get out of the cell phone and badly educated.
The coffee and reception are good.
Location in very good area, where you can choose food, everything very clean and organized and breakfast quite well

LLINGLocation in the city center There is a subway around. It is very convenient to travel. The airport bus is just a 5-minute walk away. There are many dining places nearby. It is a pedestrian street. Shopping is very convenient. Every time you come to São Paulo, stay here.
GGuest UserThe room is very spacious, but the equipment is old, the door face is relatively small, the elevator needs people to open the door by themselves, and there are three hair dryers in the whole building. But the waiter is very enthusiastic.
