An absolutely fantastic layover experience! I highly recommend Qiuguo Hotel (Capital Airport branch) to anyone needing a place to stay near the airport. Key highlights: ✈️ Free shuttle service to and from the airport: Truly seamless transfers, with frequent schedules. The driver contacted me in advance and was very friendly – completely stress-free and convenient. 🍜 24-hour complimentary food: No need to worry about going hungry even if you arrive late at night. Thoughtfully provided snacks, instant noodles, and drinks – warming both the stomach and the heart. 🛏️ Clean and tidy rooms: Newly renovated with smart facilities, comfortable bedding, and a well-designed bathroom with a separate wet and dry area. The attention to detail shows excellent management. 👩💼 Excellent staff service: From the front desk to the shuttle driver, every employee was proactive, enthusiastic, and highly accommodating, making me feel right at home. 🚗 Convenient and fast transportation: Located right next to the airport, it's incredibly convenient whether you're catching a flight or heading into the city. This stay completely exceeded my expectations for an airport hotel, offering excellent value for money. I will definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm flying or picking someone up!

I visited Beijing with my mom in July. We picked this hotel because we wanted to experience staying in a traditional Siheyuan (courtyard house). Our 5-night stay was absolutely fantastic! The accommodations were very comfortable, and the location was superb – right in a small hutong, just across from Nanluoguxiang once you step out. The front desk staff and all other employees were incredibly warm, and their service was exceptional! They were always quick to assist with any questions or issues we had. Even when our schedule was tight and we couldn't make it to breakfast, they thoughtfully prepared packed breakfast bags for us! The rooms were also cleaned daily. On one of the days, we even participated in their intangible cultural heritage activity, which was a truly enriching experience! We highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Beijing!

Exceeded expectations! The location is fantastic, with a free shuttle to Universal Studios right outside, making it super convenient to get there quickly. It's also a 10-minute taxi ride to the subway station. I checked in in the afternoon, and the staff were incredibly friendly and responsive, answering my questions almost instantly. They recommended checking out the newly opened Wangfujing at Wanli, which was great. There are tons of dining options nearby, from local Beijing eateries to fast-food chains, including BBQ, iron pot stewed goose, old Beijing hot pot, and dumplings. The room had underfloor heating, which was lovely and warm, and the air conditioning provided ample hot air. The floor-to-ceiling windows offered great natural light, and the bedding was comfortable and clean. The biggest surprise was the smart home setup – keyless entry made self-check-in a breeze, quiet and secure. Plus, the smart toilet seat was heated! 💕 The host even gave us a free room upgrade. The breakfast had a wide variety, so we promptly extended our stay. They even cleaned the room for us the second day. Excellent value for money! Highly recommended!

The hotel is in the city center, making it incredibly convenient to get anywhere. We were on a family trip, and getting to attractions like the Forbidden City and Nanluoguxiang by taxi or subway was super easy and quick. What's really great is its ingenious location – outside, you have the bustling city streetscape, but the moment you turn into the hotel's area, it instantly becomes quiet. It truly lives up to the 'tranquility in the midst of chaos' saying, allowing for undisturbed rest at night, which is so crucial for family travel.

My stay at the Hilton Garden Inn was wonderful, and I especially want to thank Nina Xiao at the front desk for her warm and professional service! From check-in to check-out, every step was handled with professionalism and warmth. Even though I arrived during a peak time, Xiao Xiao was incredibly efficient, quickly assigning both my rooms to the same floor and even proactively upgrading my room – what a pleasant surprise! She patiently explained the breakfast times and gym location, which was incredibly thoughtful. Her smile never faltered throughout, and she was proactive in asking if I needed anything. Her attention to detail was exceptional! Five stars for Nina!

It's always a pleasure to return here; every stay feels as warm as coming home. This time, I'd especially like to thank two exceptional staff members, Howard and Daisy, whose service made the entire stay truly memorable. Howard consistently appeared with the utmost professionalism whenever help was needed. Whether it was his efficient assistance during check-in or patiently answering my questions about the hotel facilities, his calm and meticulous approach made me feel completely at ease. I remember the morning after, he proactively checked if the air conditioning issue I'd mentioned the night before had been resolved – that level of follow-up responsibility is truly rare and commendable. The quality of a hotel isn't just about its facilities and environment, but more importantly, about the people within it. It's precisely because of outstanding team members like Howard and Daisy that this place has become somewhere I'm eager to return to again and again. I sincerely wish them continued success in their careers and look forward to seeing them next time!

The service was excellent, and the room was incredibly clean and tidy. The bath towels even came in plastic wrap, showing great attention to hygiene. Taxis were readily available, making it very convenient to get to the airport. It was a fantastic experience! I didn't hesitate to sign up for their membership card!

The hotel staff was so helpful, the second night they didnt clean our room, they have washing machine that we can use and dry up overnight in our room, the heater was not strong enough to warm up the room as the heater was only at the ceiling of the entrance and within the shower room so if you want the heater stay in the room do both turn on the exhaust fan in the bathroom. Hot water runs well, location of the hotel was nearby Nanluoguxiang Alley, Drum Tower, Shichahai bar & lake, many nice restaurants around. There is small shop that we often came to bought some snacks and fruits shop nearby too They hotel was actually located inside hutong, Didi / taxi will only approach us at the main road which 200m walking distance, there is bus station nearby too named : BaoChao Hutong station. Overall im satisfied with this hotel.

Celebrating important occasions at Rosewood truly is the right choice. The hotel staff even proactively added us on WeChat to discuss some room setup needs beforehand, asking about our preferences. A special thanks to Lucas and Lynne for their thoughtful and detailed service throughout, making the entire process smooth and pleasant. The Xiang Wei Kitchen on the third floor offers a quiet and comfortable atmosphere, the gym meets daily needs, and the pool is beautiful. The hotel's overall understated yet high-quality feel makes it our top choice for a staycation in the east!

Stepped right into the heart of old Beijing's vibrant atmosphere! This hotel is perfectly located in the core of Dashilar, making it incredibly convenient for visiting the Forbidden City and Tiananmen Square. The room decor truly captures the Beijing essence, with thoughtful touches evident everywhere. The breakfast's Douzhi (fermented soy milk) and Jiaochuan (fried dough rings) were authentic and delicious. The staff were gentle and courteous, providing attentive service just like family. This stay was a perfect 10, and I highly recommend it to anyone who loves cultural experiences! Right outside the door is Dashilar Commercial Street, and you can simply stroll to the Forbidden City – the location is absolutely fantastic. For an economy hotel, the room facilities are complete and well-maintained; plenty of hot water and fast internet. The price was surprisingly affordable. The service was incredibly warm; the staff actively helped with luggage and even gave me a local map. A full 10 out of 10 for the experience! The room decor was very thoughtful, clean, and comfortable. To stay in such a great hotel at this price point is truly excellent value! The staff were enthusiastic and attentive, always greeting guests with a smile. My stay was perfect, and I'll definitely be back!
