The 24-hour airport shuttle service was fantastic; they even picked me up past midnight, which I really appreciated. In the evening, they offered comforting congee, steamed buns, and a selection of pickled vegetables. You can also order food delivery online. I ordered Peking duck around 9 PM, and it arrived quickly. Breakfast was extensive with plenty of choices. The hygiene was excellent; the wooden floors were spotless, and the decor was very cozy. The bed was comfortable and very clean. The bathroom was also clean and private. There were plenty of hangers, and all the essential toiletries were provided. Several restaurants nearby made it very convenient. This is the best hotel I've stayed at in this price range. I will definitely stay here again.

I highly recommend this B&B! The interior facilities and environment are truly superb, exactly like the sample photos provided by the host. Plus, the furniture and amenities inside are incredibly smart and convenient to use – very user-friendly. There's a full-length mirror, and the magnifying mirror and hairdryer in the bathroom are also excellent. When I arrived, Beijing was very cold, but the heating system in the room worked perfectly, keeping it very warm. The pillows were also incredibly comfortable; they seemed to be a special kind of sleeping pillow. My sleep quality was excellent during my two-day stay here. The B&B also offers shuttle service, and you can rent wizard robes, wands, and other props here. They even provide makeup and photography services, which is super convenient. The owner is also very nice and thoughtful. All in all, I highly recommend it!

Excellent location, convenient check-in, and fantastic service. The room facilities are well-maintained and don't feel outdated. They even have a robot delivery service that's super fast. The staff are patient, responsible, and respond very quickly. Check-out was also quick, and when a small issue came up, Managers Howard and Elf, along with front desk staff Daisy, helped resolve it promptly. Looking forward to staying again! 😊

I stayed for two days and was completely won over by this B&B! I really have to give it a shout-out. The owner warmly welcomed us and even helped us with our luggage, which was incredibly thoughtful. **Smart Experience, 10/10**: The underfloor heating throughout the house was so comfortable. After a day out, walking barefoot on the floor just made the fatigue disappear instantly. The smart lock and high-tech toilet added to the convenience and hygiene of our stay. **Universal Studios Game Changer**: The host offering magic robe rentals was a stroke of genius! It saved us so much hassle and made for fantastic photos. Even more delightful, there are two incredibly friendly cats that you can pet to your heart's content – pure therapy! **Unbelievably Convenient Location**: Its location is a huge highlight! Not only do they provide free round-trip transfers to Universal Studios, but getting around on your own is also super easy. Right outside the B&B, you'll find plenty of food options like dumplings, BBQ, a supermarket, and a pharmacy. Plus, a taxi to the subway station took only about 10 minutes, and it's just a 10-minute ride to the Wanli Wangfujing commercial area. This means that after returning from Universal Studios in the evening, you can not only easily take the subway but also head to the commercial area for a late-night snack or to catch a movie. The convenience factor is absolutely maxed out. The surroundings are quite quiet in the evening, making it perfect for a good rest. **In summary**: This place is highly recommended for Harry Potter fans or families looking for a comfortable experience and wanting to immerse themselves in the wizarding world. The smart details and pet interaction were unexpected highlights. Highly recommended!

I visited Beijing with my mom in July. We picked this hotel because we wanted to experience staying in a traditional Siheyuan (courtyard house). Our 5-night stay was absolutely fantastic! The accommodations were very comfortable, and the location was superb – right in a small hutong, just across from Nanluoguxiang once you step out. The front desk staff and all other employees were incredibly warm, and their service was exceptional! They were always quick to assist with any questions or issues we had. Even when our schedule was tight and we couldn't make it to breakfast, they thoughtfully prepared packed breakfast bags for us! The rooms were also cleaned daily. On one of the days, we even participated in their intangible cultural heritage activity, which was a truly enriching experience! We highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Beijing!

I was very tired after the flight and arrived at an inconvenient time for the usual hotel check-in. I wrote to the owner, and he agreed to check me in from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. so I could rest well before my next flight. The hotel owner picked me up from the airport and drove me back very quickly. I highly recommend it for a relaxing stay during a long layover.

I have to commend the excellent service at Hyatt. Nick, the concierge, was smiling throughout and proactively helped with our luggage. Cherry patiently explained the hotel facilities during check-in. Any requests we had during our stay were promptly resolved by the front desk—truly attentive and thoughtful. The hotel's ambiance is elegant, with quality evident in every detail. This level of service is simply superb and well worth five stars! The lobby is also very comfortable.

I found this apartment hotel on *********** and then booked it directly, as I'm used to using domestic apps! We stayed for 4 days and 3 nights, and the hotel felt quite spacious with many rooms. The front desk upgraded our room type, which felt bigger, and the living room and bedroom were separate, making it feel very roomy. Many guests were foreigners; over the few days we were there, it felt like about 80% were international visitors. The hotel provided a washing machine and dryer, which was a huge plus. The weather wasn't great during our Beijing trip, so my wet jackets and pants were immediately washed and dried, ready to wear the next day. The hotel also has a refrigerator and an induction cooker, though you need to rent cookware. We didn't want to cook, so we ate out every day. Dining options nearby were very convenient. The hotel also offered recommendations, and everything was just very nice.

Our family's stay at 18HOW Qianmen Courtyard was an absolutely amazing experience! Tucked away in a quiet Old Beijing *hutong* (alleyway), this charming courtyard offers a peaceful yet lively atmosphere, perfect for a family trip. The rooms were spacious and clean. The kids absolutely loved the slide in the family room and didn't want to leave, while the older family members found the space comfortable and not cramped at all. The front desk service was incredibly thoughtful and attentive; they even helped us with our luggage and recommended some fantastic long-standing local restaurants nearby. The resident cat in the lobby was so gentle and friendly, both the kids and grandparents enjoyed playing with it. The location is super convenient, as we could easily walk to Qianmen Street and Dashilar for sightseeing and dining. The freshly made congee and handmade pastries for breakfast were a hit with everyone. We'll definitely choose this place again for our next family getaway!

I brought my kids to let off some steam over the weekend and stayed in a Deluxe King Room. It seems I ran into the Beijing Orthopedic Surgery Medical Conference, so rooms were quite scarce. Service: Check-in procedures seemed a bit complicated, and I waited for about 15-25 minutes on Saturday afternoon at 2 PM. However, guests who booked through Ctrip seemed to check in faster, didn't need to pay a deposit, and got their rooms immediately. With the hotel almost fully booked on a weekend, it seems some high-tier Marriott members tried to battle for an upgrade but weren't successful, which further confirmed the room shortage. I had requested a bed rail in advance, and it was provided right away. Environment: Standard five-star hotel. Hygiene: The room hygiene was good, and swim caps are required for the pool. The only drawback was that the children's club restroom had an odor that spread to the activity area because the door was left open, which is not up to five-star standards. Facilities: Overall good, nothing was broken. However, the TV is an older model and doesn't support screen mirroring.

MMishDishBishI think we can all agree that the sole purpose of staying at this hotel is to gain immediate access to the Wall as soon as it opens in the morning. I guarantee you that this is the best way to experience the Wall without the crowds and you will have a greater chance to be able to capture shots of the Wall without anyone in your pictures. Your ticket for the Wall is included in the booking. The Hotel really is just a one nighter. I would not stay here longer as it provides the bare bones of a hotel. I would rate it three diamonds at most, not four. The room is spacious and warm, that's definitely a positive in winter. However, you do have to carry your luggage up and down the stairs when arriving and departing so beware if you have a dodgy back! There is an elevator but it only takes you from the parking lot to the lobby and not the rooms. One huge surprise for us was how delicious the dinner was at the hotel's restaurant. We were the only guests and they cooked everything from scratch for us. The breakfast (also served by the restaurant) was included in the booking and it was not quite to our taste but the staff had a cheerful disposition and were so kind and welcoming that we probably had a few more mouthfuls just to show our appreciation even if the food was not to our Western palate. Our trip was during the off peak season and the Wall opened at 8am. However, the breakfast started at 8am as well. I would recommend the breakfast be open 30 minutes before the Wall opened, otherwise guests will rush their breakfast, leading to some wasted food. The hotel advertises a transfer service from the airport but after making the booking we contacted the hotel on the Trip app and were told they do not offer this service so we had to arrange a Didi which was quite expensive, so please keep this in mind when making your booking.

Ggg.layThe room was clearly thoroughly disinfected—towels were fluffy and bright white, the floors were so clean you could walk barefoot without a speck of dust, and the bedding carried a faint, fresh scent of sunlight. The front desk staff proactively helped with my luggage. When they heard I had an early flight, they kindly reminded me how much time to allow for the airport and arranged a taxi without requiring advance booking. That level of attentiveness truly deserves praise! For layovers or early morning flights, this will absolutely be my top choice in the future.

MM855893****A very quiet hutong with uniquely colored buildings. The lobby is spacious and refreshing. The room is very comfortable, and outside are beautiful ginkgo leaves – Beijing's autumn is truly stunning. The staff are incredibly welcoming and helpful. As it was my first time in Beijing, many places were new to me, but every single person was so patient and assisted me greatly. I could walk to Sanlitun and Taikoo Li, places I've always dreamed of visiting. The room was very clean; the housekeepers would fold my clothes neatly and even arrange my cosmetics. I look forward to coming back again!

GGuest UserThis was our very first hotel stay experience in beijing. I felt that its location is far from downtown area. The cleanliness was lower than my expectation and very noisy that i can clearly hear people's talk behind our room door. Tho, it is budget hotel so those are understandable i think, staff were quick and tried their best to help to things that i asked.

GGuest UserThis time I was traveling alone and encountering such a hotel really added a lot to my trip. From the moment you step into the hotel, you feel the meticulous service. The front desk staff were warm and friendly, and the check-in process was efficient and fast. They also introduced me to the surrounding attractions and food. After entering the room, the first impression is that it is clean and tidy. The bed was made meticulously, the sheets and quilts were immaculately white, and exuded a fresh smell. The floor is spotless and there is no dust or debris in the corners. The bathroom facilities are also very clean, the toiletries are neatly placed, the drainage in the shower room is smooth, and there is no water stain left. During my stay, I encountered some minor problems, such as the air conditioning temperature adjustment in the room was not very sensitive. When I reported it to the front desk, the maintenance staff rushed to the room quickly, quickly solved the problem, and were friendly and patiently explained to me the possible causes of the problem, which made me feel very at ease. In addition, the hotel's health services are also worthy of praise. Staff will clean the room on time every day, change towels and replenish toiletries. The public areas are also kept in a good state of cleanliness, which makes people feel happy. Overall, I am very satisfied with this stay. The hotel not only performs well in terms of service, but also impeccable in terms of hygiene. The cleanliness of the room provided me with a comfortable resting environment, and the efficient and responsible attitude of the staff helped me solve the problems I encountered, making me feel the warmth of home during my trip. If I have the opportunity to travel again in the future, this hotel will definitely be my first choice.

DDongfangbianrichu666We booked this room just a day before the end of the year, perfectly coinciding with the Gubei Water Town offering free admission, so we stayed here for an overnight visit to the town. I'd seen a few negative reviews and was a bit apprehensive before checking in, but once I got to the room, it was completely beyond my expectations. The room felt great, far exceeding what I thought, especially since it was only 177 RMB after platform discounts (though the price quadrupled or quintupled for New Year's Eve the next day) – what more could you ask for? The room was spotless, and the bedding was very clean. It had everything: an induction cooker, fridge, microwave, and washing machine, making it perfectly suitable for a longer stay. They even provided an electric heater in case the AC wasn't warm enough in winter, so it was cozy and warm. The owner was also very welcoming and communicative, patiently answering all our questions beforehand and even helping us register our car plate so we could park conveniently in the residential compound where the B&B is located. It was incredibly convenient to stay here and visit Gubei Water Town. Extremely satisfied!
