The lady at the front desk was incredibly thoughtful! Seeing that we had a child, she gave us a free room upgrade! They even provided kids' slippers and toothbrushes, which was so considerate. Any issues we had were promptly resolved. The room was clean and spacious, the bedding was comfortable, and the location was really convenient. The value for money is outstanding. I'll definitely stay here again next time!

A very pleasant stay in a big room at a good location for 2 + 6 nights. All cars that we took could enter the narrow alley except for the first night that we had to walk about 300 metres to the place when the road was under construction. The shower room comes with heating and so it was nice to be able to shower in a warm room. Service was friendly and prompt. Those cleaning ladies were exceptionally hardworking. All went well until the last 2 nights with a new neighbour whom we believed was a light sleeper who banged hard on the wall to signal us to quiet down at about 10 pm when we didn't even really speak loudly. Feedback to the counter and they offered us immediately a change of room for sleeping that we declined since it was our last night there. Will recommend Base as most will not run into bad luck like us to have such neighbour (it will be nice if they could come to us and tell us politely or feedback to the counter to inform us instead of banging on the wall so rudely).

Environment: The environment is really good. It's a small courtyard with flowers, plants, and even little cats. Service: The landlady's service attitude is excellent. Facilities: It's not suitable for those who like to sleep in because the soundproofing isn't great. I could hear other people talking and laughing even at 11 PM, and I could hear them again in the morning. After a tiring day at Universal Studios, I just wanted to get some good rest, but I was disturbed several times.

The most delightful courtyard guesthouse I've ever stayed in Beijing! From the moment I stepped in, I was completely captivated—traditional grey brick walls and red tiles, every corner exuded Beijing's elegant charm. The room itself far exceeded my expectations, with high wooden beam ceilings and contemporary Chinese soft furnishings creating an incredible ambiance. The bedding in the bedroom was so soft, I didn't want to get out of bed! My favorite part was the bathroom, with a huge marble bathtub where I could soak while looking out at the courtyard, feeling completely relaxed. The attention to detail was evident everywhere, and the service was thoughtful yet unobtrusive. It's truly a hidden gem, offering a peaceful escape in the midst of the bustling city. A must-try experience when you visit Beijing!

The owner is incredibly kind, enthusiastic, and thoughtful. They upgraded our room for free to a much larger one, which was equipped with smart appliances and was very clean. There are plenty of dining and entertainment options nearby, like hot pot and tea ceremonies. I highly recommend the chestnut soy milk—the chestnut flavor is so rich! They also provide a free, nutritious breakfast. Before we left, the owner even gave us a bag of coffee. I highly recommend this place to everyone!

I spent a long time choosing this room, and after checking in, I truly felt like I made the right choice 🥰🥰. The front desk staff were also very enthusiastic; when I checked in and saw a crowd, they guided me to an adjacent counter to process my check-in 🫰. The hotel facilities are relatively new and all feature smart technology. The bathroom has a separate wet and dry area, and it's spacious with two sinks. The faucet water flow is very quiet, with no strange noises. The room design is excellent and the layout is well-planned, with thoughtful touches everywhere 😘😘. Coffee and tea are neatly arranged in separate drawers, and there's even a mini-bar cart. I highly recommend it. The hotel offers a shuttle service to Universal Studios, and you can even see Harry Potter from the hotel.

The hotel staff were extremely friendly and made us feel right at home. Whenever we had any issues, they helped us right away. The breakfast was very nice and healthy. We also had dinner at the hotel and it was really delicious. Even after we had checked out, they still served us drinks and snacks while we waited for our taxi, which was a very thoughtful gesture.

The location is around Beijing, Tang Dazhuang, although about 5 kilometers from the subway station, about 15 taxis, the whole village is a homestay, this newly opened homestay decoration style is very Harry Potter, children like it, loft apartment, quiet surroundings, clean and tidy rooms, mattresses are very comfortable, there is a shuttle bus to the world, Take a taxi for about 15 yuan, about 10 minutes, very convenient, the speed of the car is also very fast, there are breakfast shops and coffee shops around. A small suggestion, the child said that the small window in the attic is very bright at night, it is better to add a small curtain, others are very satisfied, the surrounding environment is excellent, there is a camping park, it feels like the perfect match for urban life, the surrounding ecological environment is great, running in the morning is a great choice. The room was quite clean, the bedding was very comfortable, and the heating in winter was excellent. The facilities were all there. The villa area is also very close to the scenic spot, you're there as soon as you leave the complex. The owner provided great service, and the hygiene was up to standard. Definitely recommended.

Everything was great, except for one staff member in a black jacket who had a terrible attitude. We waited over half an hour for our takeout to be delivered by a robot, but it never called or knocked on our door, and made no sound when it arrived. We called the front desk twice, and the women we spoke to were helpful. However, the third time we called to inquire about the delivery, the staff member in the black jacket questioned us, asking why we hadn't picked it up after it had been delivered twice. His tone was very impatient and his attitude was really bad. Having stayed in so many hotels, this is the first time I've encountered such an impatient tone – quite an eye-opener. This feedback is solely for that one individual; all the other front desk staff were incredibly nice.
