I booked a stay at this 5 star hotel for 3 days 2 nights, I must say that the room is clean and spacious, with numerous facilities for all family members such as badminton, tennis, billard, hotspring, cycling, archery etc. Unfortunately, we were very disappointed with the service. 2 staff we encountered were constantly on their phone and not attentive at all. What really pissed us off was the incident that we put up Do Not Disturb at our door as we were taking our afternoon nap. Yet, the hotel staff called our room number. as we were asleep, we didn't pick up. Guess what. They actually called my mobile phone. Just to ask if they need to clean the room. We went to seek clarifications at the hotel reception which the reception staff at first deny they called, until we showed them the missed call number from the hotel. Then they said will feedback to their manager. At night, the manager Ms Wong called. to our disgust, she said that was their SOP! Which hotel, to say this is a 5 star hotel, that when guest put up Do Not Disturb sign, it's their SOP to call the room and worst to call guests' personal mobile phone. Isn't this an invasion of privacy, calling our personal line. This is the first time we experienced this. We never had this when we put up Do Not Disturb sign at numerous hotels we stayed before. The manager didn't sound apologetic at all but very defensive. Even to the extent that they are checking on pir safety. I was really perturbed by her comment above. The hotel room design is a harmonious blend of modernity and simplicity, truly captivating. While the hotel is tucked behind the mall, which may not be immediately apparent, its substantial building size is worth noting. Unfortunately, there’s no direct car access to the hotel lobby. What truly sets this hotel apart is its exceptional room and design, coupled with its exceptional helpfulness. I encountered some issues with my online packages, but the hotel staff promptly assisted me in resolving them. Beyond its prime location, the hotel offers several additional perks. Each floor and the front desk provide unlimited mineral water bottles, while there’s also a free laundry room equipped with a dryer, which is incredibly helpful for those needing to do laundry. The laundry room has around 5-6 machines.

The hotel is so beautiful! ! ! Live up to expectations! It is only a few hundred meters away from the Danxia Mountain Scenic Area, which is very convenient for self-driving tourists. The proprietress Hua is super nice and talkative. She taught me how to visit Danxia Mountain and made me milk tea when I came back in the evening! The breakfast is also delicious 😋 Next year I will try the other two B&Bs in the original color of the mountain. I heard they are even more beautiful! You can catch the sunset by taking the last 5 o'clock Danxia cruise on the water!

Excellent service apartment. Staff very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and new. Kitchen hell equipped although you not used. Location very good just a few steps from Sea World with lots of restaurants and entertainment places. Subway 3 minutes walking. Only the breakfast could be a bit more international… I will definitely come back and stay here next time. Thank you

I especially like the pink beach and swings under the trees on the big lawn. It is very photogenic, and the children also like to play on the lawn. There are many choices of hot springs in the public area. The service staff will pour water for the guests, remind everyone to drink water when soaking in the hot springs, and also deliver bath towels. The private hot spring pool in the room is also great. It is also very comfortable and relaxing for the children to soak alone after sleeping. This trip was a bit rushed, and I look forward to staying for two days next time.

I chose Wanda M because of close proximity to the factory our company utilizes and of their experience in hotel and shopping mall management. Let me start by saying the location is excellent. It is only a ten minute walk to the Inner City train station which is next to a large shopping mall loaded with restaurants, stores and a Walmart. Check in by Séréna was superb and professional. She speaks English quite well. So, for any assistance for English speaking travelers she is your goto highly capable individual. The breakfast is a mixture of Western and Chinese foods well stocked. Serena is also there to greet and make sure you are satisfied with your breakfast. The hotel staff works diligently keeping the hotel clean throughout. The exercise room is adequate to keep us committed gym fanatics from fear of atrophy. My room was quite large came with a work table, plenty electrical outlets, a refrigerator, a smart toilet that flushes itself (pretty cool) night lights motion activated, very comfortable bed and pillows, great shower with strong water and hot. The AC works great if you like it cold. The curtains are powered and their control is at the nightstand. The floors are tiled which I prefer for cleanliness. There is also a large LCD if you like to watch television. Overall this is a fantastic hotel to stay. Once you enter you will know the choice was a good one. There is also complimentary coffees hot or cold at reception for guests.
