After booking the room in advance, the hotel butler, Vicky, called to confirm my check-in time for the next day and added me on WeChat. The next day, before I checked in, I contacted him, and he patiently explained which high-speed rail station I should alight at. After I checked in, he sent up some fruit. The hotel is a well-established five-star property, with a beautiful lobby that had a festive New Year's atmosphere. The room was clean and comfortable. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in town. It was a very satisfying travel experience!

The hotel's location is excellent, not far from Gongbei Port. It's about a 20-minute walk, making it easy to pop over to Macau for some fun. The hotel is very clean, and the rooms are spacious. Downstairs, there are many small eateries, which is super convenient. A big thank you to the front desk lady for the complimentary room upgrade! The view was fantastic, with a clear sight of the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macau Bridge. She also extended our check-out to 2 PM, which was much appreciated 🙏. I'll definitely choose Fumi again next time I'm in Zhuhai! 👏👏

The hotel's design is unique, and the environment is quite good. The front desk staff were warm and thoughtful during check-in, and even helped us upgrade to a premium sea-view room. The hygiene was good, but the air conditioning wasn't cool enough at night – it was too hot with the blanket on, but too cold without it. They offered snacks and drinks at both check-in and check-out. However, if you're driving, you have to switch elevators to get from the guest rooms to the parking lot, and we got lost a few times on the first day. Other than that, everything else was fine, and the overall experience was still quite good.

I’ve stayed at this property once earlier in the year and thought it was good but it was even better this time. The new mall next door is open and it’s very convenient to eat and shop for necessities during our stay. The cleanliness improved a lot compared to last time. The apartment was spotless. We really have to thank our housekeeper Mrs. 杨小梅. She was always so friendly and smiling when ever we see her in the halls. We will miss her and hope that when we come back next time she will be our housekeeper again! Also want to thank Zoe for helping us organize our stay. Mom and I highly recommend this hotel for its convenience and thoughtful design throughout the apartment. It felt like home 🏠

The staff were very responsive and efficient in their solutions, almost always accommodating requests while maintaining a polite sense of boundaries, which was excellent! When booking, I noted that we wanted a quiet room, and the staff were incredibly thoughtful, preparing a top-floor room with a fantastic view and great privacy, and even gave us a complimentary bottle of red wine. The breakfast buffet was decent, with delicious local specialty snacks. The rice noodle stall offered intangible cultural heritage rice noodles, wontons, and especially the dumplings – all tasty. The dinner buffet was more standard; it had everything you'd expect, and the ingredients were fresh and of good quality. However, taste is subjective, so I'd suggest focusing on the sauces – preparing more diverse flavored sauces suitable for different ingredients, as the Western-style sauces were a bit lacking in richness. This hotel offers excellent value for money. While the space isn't huge, it's incredibly well-equipped with everything you need, including a washing machine, microwave, refrigerator, and induction hob. There's also plenty of wardrobe and cupboard space, which was very convenient. There's even an outdoor balcony, and they thoughtfully provided tools for drying clothes. It was all very considerate. The hotel service was also excellent. We bothered the front desk quite a bit during our stay, but the young ladies there were incredibly patient and helped us resolve every issue. We were truly grateful for their assistance while traveling.

The hotel's design incorporates Saudi Middle Eastern elements, with most rooms facing the lake. Its location isn't far from the city center, and within about a kilometer, you can find the famous Underpass Chicken Pot restaurant, making it suitable for both business and leisure travelers.

The soundproofing in the room is excellent; I couldn't hear any noise from the hallway, so it was very quiet even when working late into the night. The breakfast offered a wide variety of options, both Western and Chinese, which was incredibly satisfying. Full marks for sure!

The cleaning staff were very friendly and enthusiastic. Environment: The greenery is a huge plus – it's so pleasant, perfect for a morning dog walk or a relaxing afternoon break. Sitting on the small balcony at night, enjoying the breeze and some late-night snacks, was wonderfully comfortable and enjoyable. Service: The front desk staff were very patient and polite during check-in. Being able to bring our dog was a major bonus! We even have a large dog, and not a single staff member we encountered showed any sign of dislike. Of course, as pet owners, the most important thing is to always keep your dog on a leash and pick up after them, to avoid causing any inconvenience to other guests or the hotel.
