First let me put down the good points: 1. Bed, pillow are nice not those soft kind. 2. I did not asked for housekeeping service throughout my stay, as I stay alone, but the lady was kind enough to give me extra water bottle and asked if I need her to clean the floor and washroom. 3. Location is near to MRT station and quite a few shop u can go for food. 4. Breakfast was good for me. Bad experiences: 1. The toothbrush, as u can see at the picture. I did not realised til I felt sth was not right and sth glue at my throat. I feedback to front office asked for manager. 3 of them were standing at the reception desk kept asking me to tell what happened before I could speak to the duty manager. Until I insisted only one of them steoped out and said he is the duty manager (lack of responsibility) they did changed all my tooth brush and sent me a gift(tumbler, pen and notebook) unfortunately when I was trying to remove the glue at tip of the pen, the whole too of the pen came off. Also they gave fruit platter. 2. My floor 11 was cold and I was told is centralized AC. They gave me a fan heater but the wire was too short, can't put on the floor near to my working desk or anywhere else. Only can put at the bed side table and I can't adjust the heat level and fan speed. 3. The noise. 11pm maintenance staff was hammering to fix one of the room door and my neighbors was talking out loud til almost 2am. During my last few days there was a group of teens check in to the same floor and they are not the quiet type as well. Don't forget I'm on business trip 4. I checked in at the same time with my colleague, he got an upgrade to level 18 and I got none. A bit down when it colleague got an upgrade and I don't. 5. They took my colleague's phone to wrote all the perfect review (cause they give ”free” late check out if we could write good review and my colleague wants to ease all the trouble so let them use his phone to take pictures and wrote comments.

I’ve seen Honey Paradise Blue and White Island reviewed here and I always said I would treat myself. Too cold for Sapphire Beach, I selected L301, with a lovely view—bathtub & all of my pre-requisites. What I didn’t expect was just how much more care and excellence would be a part of my experience. Yummy Chinese breakfast, tea time with fruit, and pear tea before bed. I slept so soundly. Outside food delivery can come straight to your door as well. Clear and proactive WeChat communicated explanations will keep you relaxed and pampered. JC did an excellent job with my photos. Xiaoli helped with bags, translations, check in & check out. Xiaotang fixed wifi and serves with kind attentiveness. Fantastic Staff. Five star staff and accommodations. Every desire is considered and prepared for luxuriously. Hey Spa and Hey Zen down the street made this a fantastic night and day.

Ms. Lai was so kind to send me the instructions on how to get to the hotel before I arrived. It's only about 2 min walk from subway. The room was big and cleaned. I love the big screen projector. I definitely thank the staff and will come back next time.

Amazing stay at this hotel. Steven is very attentive and makes sure we get our breakfast every morning, he also assisted me with sending my massive luggage back home. The best butler service. This was the perfect place to start our holiday! The staff are amazing, thoughtful and always ready to help. The food service was quick and delicious, delivered straight to our door. This is not the four seasons or affiliated with it, but with that being said this place was so so. Depends what you are looking for. I think if they renovate the rooms and clean them up a bit. It could be a lot better. I didn’t necessarily like my room, and I have stayed in better for same price. The staff was friendly and communication was good. Once you got in touch with them. But finding the place could be difficult. Location is great and it is very central and near a lot of thing in guangzhou. Amenities are nice. They have fridge, washer and more. Items are just old. But room just needs to be renovated in my opinion. The most comfortable thing in room was bed. Very comfortable.

Super super super good! Although the upper and lower floors are separated by a loft to serve as guest rooms, there is no problem with sound insulation. The hygiene is very good and clean, and the supplies provided are also very clean. The air conditioner, washer-dryer and hair dryer are all very new. The location is very good. There is a subway station downstairs. Takeaway food can also be delivered to your door. The most important pet-friendly part ~ the puppy even got a toy when he checked in! The puppy is very happy living here. It comes with its own pee pad and there is no need to pay extra for cleaning if it is not dirty. That’s great!

It was my first time travelling to suburban area in shenzhen. The drive from Futian took around 1 hour to arrive. The Butler has been contacting us before our arrival to make sure everything was smooth. We were surprised by the architecture and the location which was set at the mountain, it is quite private but still it is a short distance to the beach and beach side seafood restaurants. The Butler welcome us at the reception and everything was clean and ready at our room. The package come with 20mins photography, afternoon tea and morning breakfast. The photography “ah lon” (Mr Dragon) was a great photographer. He is over my expectations because his level of aesthetics is over the top! He is professional and quick enough to send me all the photos within same day! I am very happy with the outcome and this is absolutely another to do list if you come to Shen zhen. I would recommend people to come to this hotel to enjoy a relaxing night, with seafood meal at the beach area.

Facility was good, enjoyed our time watching movies and specially the hotel house keeping is really great. They know we stay up late and sleep till noon, so always keep our room the last for housekeeping

The stay at Miyet Moneva Xia was perfect, a warm B&B. The location is very superior, the surrounding attractions include the Observatory, Dapeng So City, Orange Fishing Sand, Yangmei Pit and so on. There is also a beauty shooting service photographer jc shot very well, the hotel lobby is spacious and bright, the butlers are enthusiastic and cheerful young people very energetic and polite, any demand can be quickly responded. Giving us back food recommendations and tour guides is really courteous, giving people a comfortable sense of home. The design around the bed and breakfast is very praiseworthy, the rooms are clean and textured, the sea view is very good to see the sunset, the facilities in the house have a projection, mini, toiletries are very good soft and comfortable beds, make a good night's sleep. Sanitary facilities are all available, and are very well maintained, in short, the experience is full, highly recommended ~

It was such a pleasant stay at Miyue Tianlu. We picked room201 which gives you access to an outdoor bathtub, tanning area with amazing sea and forest view. You also get to see the cable cars going up and down the mountains. Our butler Ah Wai also tended to all our requests and went above and beyond to make sure our birthday celebrations was perfect. The room also had projector which provided free entertainment. We would 100% come back to visit and big shoutout to Ah Wai for making our stay unforgettable!

Not a bad hostel for a good price. The entrance behind the building entrance 175, to get inside you have to call 999 ok. 9th floor, from the elevator to the left and to the left again. Environment is kinda good, there is a place to eat food, laundry, the rooms look pretty enough for comfortable staying. The location is great, the subway is really close. By the price is one the best option in Guangzhou.

Great location, great amenities and room. I wasn’t much happy with the service. I had to buy pillows on my own If I wanted extras and there wasn’t an extra card ready to get keep electricity going in case i have frozen food in the fridge.

The service was Excellent! We are a family of 4 traveled as first time to Conghua. The hotel's facilities are all superb. Mr.Victor Liang who is a hotel manager support us since booking and during our stay 2 days 1 night there. The room is clean. My kids love to spend their times there as there are lot of different types of hot springs. They want to go back there after we just reached home! This hotel is a truly 5 stars hotel!

This is my second stay. It is a really good hotel in Panyu. The exterior looks like a casino. The room is also very big. It should be a bit old, but the price-performance ratio is great! I booked the room late this time, and the lady was very considerate to change it to a larger twin bed. Thank you very much.

The service attitude of Zhong Zehao in the hotel center is very good👍 He answered all questions and was very eye-catching. The map he explained to us when checking in was very clear, which saved us a lot of time. The Tianrenshanshui is really good👍

The environment and sanitation are very good👍The facilities and equipment are very new. The space on the first floor is very spacious. There is a hot spring pool in the outdoor garden. The fresh air is suitable for daydreaming. Dogs and children can relax and enjoy KTV and arcade games🆓~ The room is also very comfortable to sleep in. A very classy environment, not far from Lingnan Tiandi, busses or subway! Amenities a great, they even give floss! Breakfast has a good variety and breakfast room is clean. The rooms a very spacious and very clean! Clean comfortable towels and bed linen. There a free flow of drinking water for guests. Lots of eateries within a walking distance. Very friendly stuff who try to speak English and those who don’t speak any are still very friendly! I will definitely return with my whole family!

I enjoyed my stay here, the location was very convenient considering it’s very close to the subway and also close to Guangzhou south train station. The room next door is noisy at night and the road next to it is noisy during the day. The girl with long curly hair at the front desk had a really bad attitude. She ignored me when I asked questions. I didn't know how to use the water boiler in the room, but she said there was none when I asked her for some hot water to make instant noodles. Later I asked the cleaning lady to help me.

It's about 20 minutes from Yingxiang Ecological Park, and the road conditions are OK. I ordered takeout to the hotel and picked it up at a designated point on the first floor, which is quite convenient.

In the forest park, not far from the bustling downtown, takeaways are available, it is really a good place to vacation away from the city! On the day of check-in, I saw a large team-building activity (see the last picture).
