Facilities: Opened in 2024, the furnishings are all new and very clean, especially the mattress and pillows which are super comfortable. We stayed on a higher floor this time, offering a broad view and beautiful night scenery. Cleanliness: Both the hotel's exterior and interior environments are very clean. If needed, a housekeeper is available daily for prompt cleaning. Environment: The surrounding area is safe, tidy, and conveniently located. It's only about a ten to fifteen-minute ride by scooter or taxi to Gongbei Port, which is quite convenient. Service: The owner provides excellent service, even creating and sharing small travel guides with guests, which is very thoughtful.

Our stay at the New World Hotel Qingyuan truly exceeded expectations, and Concierge Rosie's thoughtful service elevated the entire experience—she deserves a special shout-out! The hotel's breakfast spread was incredibly diverse, offering everything from Cantonese dim sum, freshly made noodles, and Western dishes to fresh juices and aromatic coffee. The outdoor dining area, surrounded by lush greenery with sunlight streaming in, was particularly delightful. The hotel grounds themselves are stunning; opening the window reveals a sea of green, with flagstone paths winding through flowerbeds and lawns. In the evening, the sunset combined with the pink and purple flowering trees created picturesque, soothing scenes perfect for photos. Facilities like the hot springs, swimming pool, and mini-golf were all excellent, catering to both relaxation and active fun. However, Rosie, our concierge, was the real highlight! From pre-arrival communication to guiding us upon arrival and responding to our various needs throughout our stay, her service was consistently swift and attentive. She proactively recommended local activities, helped coordinate meal times, and even noticed our preference for a quiet corner, specially arranging a suitable table. Her attention to detail was truly touching. We were completely charmed by both the hotel's environment and Rosie's service. The value for money is outstanding. I've already recommended it to friends, and we'll definitely choose to stay here again on our next visit!

I chose the Marriott Hotel Shaoguan for my business trip and it exceeded my expectations! As a newly opened hotel, the facilities are brand new. The room is minimalist yet stylish, with wooden walls and soft lighting creating a fantastic ambiance that's comfortable for both work and relaxation. The bedding is incredibly soft; after a day of business, lying down on it instantly relieved all my stress, ensuring a perfect night's sleep 💤. Its location is very convenient, close to Shaoguan East Station, saving a lot of commuting time. The breakfast selection is extensive, offering a good balance of carbs, protein, fruits, and vegetables. Service was excellent and incredibly responsive. From check-in to room service, everyone was highly professional.

My stay at the Hilton began with a wonderful experience the moment I stepped into the lobby. The subtle, calming fragrance in the air, the genuinely warm smiles from the staff, and the elegant, sophisticated art decor instantly washed away my travel fatigue. The guest room was spacious and bright, with a captivating city skyline view from the floor-to-ceiling windows. Hilton's signature 'Serenity Bed' truly lived up to its reputation; lying on it felt like being enveloped by clouds, ensuring a night of deep, restful sleep. Every detail exuded quality: the clean, soft bathrobes, perfectly ambient lighting, and the smart control system – everything was designed for ultimate comfort. The dining experience was an absolute highlight! The breakfast selection was unbelievably extensive, from freshly made omelets to local delicacies, every dish was exquisite and delicious. Evenings at the Executive Lounge were particularly delightful; enjoying expertly crafted drinks amidst soft music, overlooking the city as the lights came on, was truly the most luxurious way to unwind during my trip.

24-hour shuttle service (7-9 minute drive): No matter the time. We arrived at 2:00 AM and were there in ten minutes. Environment: Very quiet. Cleanliness: Very clean. Facilities: Very comprehensive. Still highly recommended. It's very convenient for friends traveling by plane, with airport shuttle service. The front desk was great. They even upgraded us to a room with a window. Excellent.

It was one of the best stay I ever had in China. Specially I was with my dog (golden retriever). I booked single room but when I arrived to hotel, they upgraded my room to deluxe suit without any charges. Suit was so big and facilitated with dog bed and bowls. Hotel environment are so big and view to lake was marvellous. There is 3km jogging path around lion lake with map. All the area is so clean and all staffs are so friendly: I booked for one night but the next day , I had texted the staff about how to extend the another night and she managed everything for me via text message and everything went so smoothly. The swimming pool was so clean👍🏼 I will back to this hotel for sure and for my golden retriever. Most recommend 👍🏼

First time staying at Hilton GZ Tianhe & I booked the executive room for ease of check-in & out. We had an amazing time at the hotel, thanks to the great hospitality extended by the hotel staff, with special shout out to Ms 曾好。 She was incredibly friendly and she gave us great suggestions on where to dine in GZ (where locals go to, instead of the usual tourist dining spots). We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. As it was our silver wedding anniversary, the hotel also provided a nice gesture by getting the room decorated with a small cake upon our check in. Much appreciated. All in all, Hilton GZ Tianhe's top floor executive lounge & ground floor bar was enjoyable, the mattress is of excellent sleep quality, the gym was clean and functional and the breakfast served offered a variety of local and continental spread. No qualms recommending this hotel to others!

The Zhuhai Holiday Resort was the first hotel my daughter and I stayed at in Zhuhai during our trip from Guangzhou, and it exceeded my expectations in every way, which is saying a lot since I'm quite picky. They upgraded our room, and the breakfast was delicious 😋. Later, my daughter asked for some candy, and the staff generously gave her a lot 👍. Their slippers are incredibly comfortable, with a bouncy feel that's very stress-relieving! The kids' play area is also the largest we've seen in any hotel, and my daughter absolutely loved playing on the slide. The service staff were all very dedicated and attentive. It was a truly memorable experience for us in Zhuhai. We loved the building's curved design; every time we passed by during our stay in Zhuhai, my daughter and I would turn back to look at it and share a knowing smile. Thanks for the wonderful encounter.

Traveling during the National Day holiday, I chose a hotel close to my destination, the Century Lotus Sports Center. The pictures on the website looked great, so I booked it. This was my first experience with Ascott, and from the moment I stepped into the lobby, I felt that everything was meticulously done. It didn't feel like an ordinary serviced apartment. I looked it up and found out it's a brand under a Singaporean hotel group. The hotel is very new and clean. We booked a 70-square-meter one-bedroom apartment, which had simple yet comfortable decor, high floors, and excellent natural light. Everything far exceeded my expectations. There's a shopping mall downstairs connected to the subway station, making it very convenient for getting around. I'd say it started with good looks and ended with amazing details. A very satisfying experience!

The hotel is simply amazing! It’s really 5 stars Hotel ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The managers Kelvin and Ivan are a very polite person. At the restaurant, David, May, the manager Leo, and all the staffs are impeccable. The room is clean, new, good smells, perfect cleaning in all the hotel. Our family are so happy with the treatment. Breakfast delicious and also dinner buffet with so fresh meat and all. We extended 2 days more just because of all the things and the people kindness that the Hotel can offer. We gonna be back in this Hotel for sure and indicate all our friends. Thank you all for everything and perfect treatment.
