The hotel is in a good location, clean and tidy, built on the mountain, very distinctive, with a large leisure space, suitable for all kinds of photography. The top floor balcony offers a panoramic view of the ancient town.

Close to the river in front of the scenic spot, you can take a bamboo raft when you go out. It is good to go around for 10 yuan. The owner of this hotel is very enthusiastic. The meal coupons issued for breakfast are sent to the early department next to the hotel. You have to eat it yourself, fried dough sticks, soy milk, wontons, rice noodles, etc.

Very friendly family ran hotel. The greatest advantage is its location, which is only a few mins walk from one of the viewing platforms. The room are well maintained and clean. We booked the sunrise view room and the balcony looked like a painting. Logistically, you need to take the village tourist shuttle to get here from the Ping’an Village parking lot because it’s located within the protected area. You must let the ticket vendor know the name of your hotel so they drop you off at the right one (there are multiple hotels inside the protected area) This hotel is also about a 30 min walk from another viewing platform, which I would recommend doing if you have the time, as the walk was mostly flat and the scenery along the way was very nice as well. Breakfast is quite typical of the area and the dinner was also quite nice. Overall would stay here again!

Our stay at Xitang Riverview Hotel in Yangshuo was truly unforgettable. The view from our balcony room was nothing short of spectacular — two large windows and a small outdoor table offered a perfect vantage point over the river and the iconic karst mountains. The peaceful scenery changed throughout the day, and waking up to horses bathing in the river, cormorants drying their wings in the sun, hot air balloons floating over the peaks, and bamboo rafts gliding by was magical. The room also featured a lovely little tea corner, adding a cozy and authentic touch to the stay. One of the highlights was the complimentary afternoon tea served daily on the rooftop, complete with fresh fruit and sweet treats — a relaxing ritual with a breathtaking view. After exploring the area, taking a dip in the panoramic pool was the perfect way to unwind. Breakfast was excellent, with a wide selection and fresh options. Overall, the Xitang Riverview Hotel offers a serene and scenic experience that made our time in Yangshuo truly special.

The hotel is located opposite Huangyao Ancient Town (specifically opposite Qixing Tower). There are entrances and exits everywhere in Huangyao Ancient Town, and tickets can be entered and exited multiple times, so it is more convenient to stay opposite than inside. As for the B&B, the owner is very enthusiastic and you can buy tickets from him. The owner sells tickets for 60, the scenic spot sells for 88, and the online ticket costs 70. You can weigh it yourself. The room is very new, a bit decorated, and you can see the mountain view when you open the curtains. The family room actually only has one bathroom. The other room is just a toilet and cannot be used for bathing. There are stairs everywhere in the room, so be careful if there are children staying. Overall it's clean and hygienic, and it's a good place to stay during the weekend. There is also a restaurant downstairs, and guests can get a 12% discount on dining. The taste is quite good and fits our Cantonese taste very well. There are many noodle shops on the streets outside and even in the ancient town, so breakfast is easy to solve and it is a suitable place to relax and unwind.

My stay at Hotel Longsheng Huanlongge Panorama Inn was absolutely wonderful! The property is nestled in a breathtaking location with stunning panoramic views of the Longsheng rice terraces. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and provided a cozy retreat after a day of exploring. The staff were incredibly friendly , food is home-made and genuine. Overall, I had a fantastic time and would highly recommend this inn for anyone visiting the area!

The room is on the second floor and not damp. I don't like mosquito coils. There was a mosquito at night, which was later killed. The facilities look relatively new and clean, with no smell. The room is spacious and has the flavor of an ancient town. There is a terrace behind the hotel where you can enjoy the breeze and drink tea. It is suitable for sitting and the view is also very good. It is also convenient to go out. The boss's service is even more thoughtful. He called and added WeChat right after booking. He helped to book discounted tickets, recommended how to park, and came to pick us up when we arrived at the store. Good reviews.

The bed was very comfortable and the view was gorgeous. Breakfast was stellar and definitely worth eating every day. I will say the staff was a little overbearing when you come in every day. It got to be a bit much when I was just trying to get to my room and they kept asking me questions. Like are you checking in today? Would you like a spa? And I would have to say no it’s my second day here. Really don’t need that much attention every time I come in.  Also please don’t ask for five star reviews upon check out. It’s really a turn off and makes me second-guess the whole reviewing process when the hotel is asking you to give them five stars when a proper assessment is always beneficial to both the hotel and guests. 

Unforgettable Stay at 聚龙小镇 I recently had the pleasure of staying at 聚龙小镇, and it was everything I hoped for and more! From the moment I arrived, the beautiful surroundings and luxurious ambiance set the tone for an unforgettable experience. The resort is located in a stunning area, surrounded by mountains. The views were absolutely breathtaking, and it truly felt like a peaceful escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. My room was spacious, tastefully decorated, and offered a fantastic view of the mountains. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I loved the hot tub. One of the highlights of my stay was the wide range of activities and amenities available. There is free photography offered and everyday high tea and supper, there was always something to do. Dining at 聚龙小镇was also exceptional. The on-site restaurants offered a variety of delicious options. The staff was incredibly attentive, making sure dinner was a memorable experience. I particularly enjoyed the fish and chicken. What truly made this stay special, however, was the exceptional service. Every staff member went out of their way to ensure that my needs were met and that I felt pampered throughout my visit. From the concierge who helped me plan excursions to the housekeeping team who kept my room spotless, the level of service was top-notch. Overall, my stay at 聚龙小镇exceeded all expectations, and I can’t wait to return. Whether you’re looking for relaxation, adventure, or simply a luxurious getaway, this resort offers it all. Highly recommend!

The facilities and equipment are good, new and clean. The view is also good. However, the service and attitude of the B&B staff need to be improved: 1: After we climbed the mountain and were about to go out for dinner, a lady in the store said that they also had food here and asked us not to go out. I said we already have a choice. By the way, I asked if the check-in order said that rice wine could be given as a gift. She said to me, ”Where can I get it? Why should we give it to you if you don't eat? It must be after you order the meal.” I was a little confused at the time. I asked you to take a look at the contents of the order, and she said she didn’t know. I said I didn’t know, so please don’t get involved. She stopped talking. It’s just that I personally feel that if you don’t know something, can you consult other people and then give us a reply? Just because we didn't choose to eat at your place, you have a bad attitude? An uncle came later and said yes, it was a free cup, which was just a small cup. Forehead… 2: When I returned to the B&B in the evening, there were people ordering and eating at the B&B, which was quite noisy. Because our room was directly above the restaurant, it was a wooden room with poor sound insulation. The diners were shouting downstairs until 12:00 late at night. It was very noisy. Drinking and smoking. I originally came here hoping to get some peace of mind, but I didn't expect to be disturbed until late at night. I originally thought about calling to report the matter. Think about it later. 3: My husband and I were sleeping. At about 8 o'clock the next day, a strange man swiped the room card to open our door. When he swiped the key, I said loudly that there was someone in the room. Who was it? The man ignored him, and finally ran straight in, poked his head around, and later said that he was in the wrong room. My husband and I were both confused. When leaving the B&B, the husband asked them to explain why these things happened. The explanation given by the B&B when they called us later was: They put the room master card at the front desk, and the guest who didn't have a room card took one at random, and he remembered the wrong room number, so he opened it casually. So, do you have any privacy and security concerns? I don’t know if my husband and I were stolen if we were not in the room? I can actually leave the master key card at the front desk. In fact, there are many choices of B&Bs over there, and I would not choose this place if I came again. Combining the above three experiences, I wrote this short essay. For your reference.
