I was a bit hesitant at first, seeing some of the negative reviews, but it turns out I made the right choice. The room was very clean, and they use cards to indicate which amenities you'd like replaced. They even folded my clothes neatly. Different floors offer different recreational activities, but I was short on time this trip and couldn't check them out. There are plenty of great food options downstairs. The Michelin-starred Yat Tung Heen offers dim sum for lunch and à la carte for dinner; you can book online. Transportation nearby is also very convenient, making it super easy to get around. Overall, I'm very satisfied with my stay.
The only hiccup was that when I tried to book a data package during the reservation process, it kept failing and getting canceled. I ended up contacting Trip.com customer service, who helped me book a data SIM card package, and then the order went through successfully.

The hotel is very close to Harbour City and the subway is super convenient. Plus, there's a direct bus (route 25) to the airport, making transportation a breeze. We were given a room on the lowest floor, so there wasn't much of a view, but being able to check out late at 1 PM was a nice perk. The breakfast spread was extensive, though nothing particularly stood out. However, it was good for getting your fill of vegetables and fruits. The bathroom was almost a wet/dry separation, which was quite practical. The room size isn't small by Hong Kong standards. There was no strange smell in the room, but the duvet felt slightly damp. Overall, it's pretty good value for money.

This hotel is located on a hill near Mei Foo MTR station, requiring guests to cross a skybridge and climb uphill. Although there are elevators all the way, travelers with large luggage should reconsider staying here.
The environment is incredibly tranquil, making for a very good night's sleep. Mosquitos and dampness are unavoidable, but luckily, we didn't spot any mice. Most of the staff are very friendly, except for one 'mouse-catcher' in a black uniform who was very aloof and unapproachable. I hope staff training can be improved in the future.
The infrastructure is good; TV, fridge, hairdryer, and internet are all available. There are also many snack shops in the residential area near the MTR exit. I would come again.
The hotel is a bit far from popular attractions like Tsim Sha Tsui and Causeway Bay. A HKD 500 deposit is required upon check-in, and they accept RMB. There's a McDonald's, a 'cha chaan teng' (local cafe), and a convenience store nearby, so food options are pretty convenient. There's also a bus stop right outside the hotel; you can take 4 stops to reach Wong Chuk Hang MTR station. Although the room is a bit small, it's very clean. Overall, it's still quite good.

There are many popular local eateries around the hotel, and getting around is super convenient. The price is mid-range for Hong Kong hotels, but its prime location really makes up for it. The hotel facilities and cleanliness are great, and the front desk staff are very welcoming. I'd definitely stay here again on my next visit.
Every time I visit Wong Chuk Hang, I stay here. The rooms are always clean and comfortable, and the value for money in Hong Kong is just unbeatable, especially for a sea view room – it's incredibly relaxing. The rooms are spacious and well-designed, the bedding is comfortable, and the hotel service is excellent. It's also conveniently located near the MTR and a mall, making dining and shopping very easy. Even though it was cloudy this time, I still had a great stay. Next time, I'd love to try a higher floor for an even better experience.

Excellent value for money, clean and comfortable. The front desk staff were also very friendly. For the same price, it's much better than staying in those tiny guesthouses in the city center. Although it's a bit out of the way, located on the site of the former Kai Tak Airport, the surroundings are superb. I ended up walking everywhere, enjoying the Sky Garden and the sea views along the way, even skipping the bus!
The basic room is very compact, bed is low like Japanese futon inspired, but shower facilities all work well, even folding desk by the bed. Perfect room for just sleeping the night. Reception on the third floor. Assistant there helped me to contact online reception. Large common kitchen at reception if you have time to cook or eat deliveries. Location is good for bars and Man Mo temple walking distance. Nearby breakfast places open around 10am. Prepare your own slippers and tooth brush and teeth paste.

Atmosphere: This hotel is quite new and vibrant, with a trendy design and a pleasant fragrance. I checked in on the 15th floor, which also houses several of the hotel's restaurants. The entire 15th floor offers stunning Victoria Harbour views, including the tea/coffee area and the bar.
Facilities: I found the facilities to be abundant and the activities diverse. You definitely won't get bored staying at the hotel. Each room even has a small poster detailing the hotel's activities and schedules. Since I was traveling with a child and had errands to run, I didn't get a chance to fully experience the facilities this time, but I'll definitely make sure to next time. The hotel floors are equipped with water dispensers, which is perfect for someone like me who gets anxious without water or has gout.
Cleanliness: The hotel is relatively new, and the cleanliness felt pretty good.
Service: I really need to highlight the service here. Many people mentioned poor service and bad attitudes, and I was genuinely worried before coming, even mentally preparing for a 'battle.' However, to my surprise, from the ground floor to the 15th floor, the hotel not only had ample staff (at least 3-4 people on the ground floor) to open doors, guide guests, and press elevator buttons, but there were also staff on the 15th floor guiding guests through check-in. The check-in staff were enthusiastic, proactively communicated to meet our needs, and explained the hotel facilities in great detail (I must give a special shout-out to the gentleman who helped us check in, Tony/Toni? He wore glasses, spoke standard Mandarin, and was very enthusiastic!). After individual check-ins, there was also someone to guide us to the connecting elevator and press the button for us. During check-out, which was a peak period, someone proactively guided us to an alternative check-out counter. You will definitely be greeted by staff in any public area! The key highlight is that the team is very young, yet their service attitude and attention to detail are exceptional!
Tony/Toni, who assisted us with check-in, noticed we had a child and thoughtfully offered suggestions and sought our opinion when assigning the room, saving us the cost of an extra bed (which we had originally planned to add). He also prepared special room cards for the children and proactively informed us of the benefits. I can only describe it as incredibly thoughtful!
One of our favorite accommodations.
The room is functionally furnished and has a fantastic view of the sea.
Everything was clean. There was a nice, large shower and plenty of space to store our clothes and backpacks.
The location is fabulous, quiet, right on the beach, a little away from the village.
The hotel has its own restaurant. The breakfast is delicious, and we always ate well there too.
But the best thing about the hotel is the staff. We received a very warm welcome and immediately felt at home.
Anyone who wants to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city should come here.

We had a great stay. The room is clean. We’ll surely book here again when we get back.
Wow. Great hotel. It's totally new. Everything is new, young and stylish. The pool on the roof is amazing with great view. We stayed a couple plus two kids in the two double beds room and it was great and comfortable. We had an amazing view of the city and the see from the room. Great stuff. Very helpful.
The hotel is located next to the Tsim Sha Tsui MTR station. It is convenient for traveling. The room is clean and well-equipped. What kind of bicycle do you want at this price in such a good location? It’s just a rush.
It seems this holiday home only opened in March, so we were probably among the first guests. There was still a smell of renovation inside, and sawdust on the floor. The house was well-equipped: a washing machine, microwave, even an induction cooker, and dishes were provided. However, cleaning supplies were lacking; there was no dish soap or dishcloths for washing the dishes. Overall, it was good value for money, and I look forward to staying here again.
